The breakfast was amazing! The bed, pillows, towels, bedding were high quality, comfortable, plentiful and readily available. The staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating. The ability to bring in an extra very good quality bed was so helpful and slightly unexpected...a nice surprise! Also, the staff at Empire restaurant were so lovely!

This is less about the facilities or the hotel, more about the general area. It takes some getting used to, everything closing at 9pm, especially in the midst of a futbol Cup that lasts late into the night. Perhaps a small hotel refrigerator to store a few necessary provisions would help hotel guests.

What a great hotel, visting for Youth football tournament Cup1 . Was such very charming hotel. Very clean, very good WiFi, no AC but you leave the window open and get fresh air and it was very good. Breakfast was amazing, I mean the buffet set up had everything you could ask for, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, soft and hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea juices. Right on the Walk where theres lots of restaruants and shopping. great hotel, would easily stay here again! My room was Standard Queen Room - Non-Smoking comfy bed, very clean, wasroom was fantastic, tiled shower, I was nicely surprised. They have a lounge area next to front desk where we watched Euro 2024 matches on large TV Monitor. can grab a nice size drink and relax

When you come out of the elevator upstairs it’s like a hospital, you see someone sitting at a desk in an office, folded towels etc The rooms are bare and like Airbnb, nice but it’s like our room was may be an office before? Tiny bathroom, empty kitchen and another toilet in the hallway next to our rooms door.

Very convenient location! Really nice breakfast.

We stayed during a heatwave and had to have the windows open during the night; because of the central location it was super noisy during the night until the morning. Also the layout some of the rooms (we stayed in 2 different types as we had an extra member of the family joining on the last night) could have been better as in the small rooms you don’t have enough space to even open your suitcase….

Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.

We had dinner in the hotel,there were no meat free options but we had an Italian salad without the meat and a pizza without the ham! They were both really nice but some veggie or fish options would have been good.

The breakfast was wonderful! Massive variety of food and always replenished promptly.

Our room was rather hot. They did provide a fan but it was just one of the sunnier rooms and heated up all day long.

Easy to get to straight off ferry from Gothenberg. Room was compact but very comfortable- great breakfast. Incredibly good value for money - included breakfast. Had very good burgers in their restuarant and even on a gluten free bun!

Hotel is on main pedestrian area about halfway between train station & ferry terminal. Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Hotel is handy for local shops & eateries. Excellent breakfast for great selection of hot & cold options.

My only slight quibble was room & en-suite were quite small, not a lot of space to move around.

Great location in the high street near to the ferry and train . Room was perfect for me as a sole traveller and good value for money. Breakfast was limitless and wide range of choices. Staff were all friendly and thankfully happy to speak English. Definitely would will stay again.
