Cosy stay, nice garden, great location.

No real seating or dining area except for in your room or out in the backyard (which was nice, but we were lucky with the weather). Also the cleanliness could be better in the common areas. This is mostly due to other guests leaving the areas as if someone else would clean up after them. For those of you considering staying in a place like this, with shared bathrooms and kitchen (which is very common in Sweden and Denmark), please clean up after yourself. Like rinsing the sink after brushing your teeth, pick up your hair in the shower drain, and make sure the dishwasher utensils and kitchen sink are not left covered in your dinner leftovers.

The place was fairy tale charming. We had a wee cabin containg a bed. Bathe and kitchen were a walk across a a bac yard, by a koy pond and across a little bridge. It was en hanting. I loved it. All for $100 CAD.

The shake down for extras. $20 for each of us for towels and bed linen and $20 for cleaning. $60 extra. A 60% increase in the stated up-front cost. We had already paid the $100 part on line. Turns out I had been warned about the additional cost deep in the descriptive material. So user beware. I think it ridiculous to have to check the small print for necessities that are NOT included in the price. Does one expect to pay extra for wheels when buying a bike? The proprietary should either charge the full price up front; or state the extra charges RIGHT UP FRONT, near the beginning of the property description.

The owner rents out several rooms in the house, creating a social atmosphere. The shared kitchen is well-equipped and perfect even for cooking small meals. I especially loved the garden – beautifully decorated and a lovely place to relax. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the dock, and there are several bike rentals right across the street, which makes exploring the area very easy.

Staff and location were amazing. Due to the prime location, the young crowd in week 29 were enjoying themselves into the wee hours, and were happily camped outside our window. Once I closed the window, the noise was greatly diminished. Having spent time at music festivals, we had some hacks to help. 😃. We loved our stay.

We would have liked being able to cook in the well stocked kitchen, but it seemed like a no no. There weren’t any pots or pans. Great facility though.

The fact that we booked the top room with space and great views! Rest of the inn lacks space but not character! Shared bathrooms & shower clean.

The fact that all extra charges for bed sheets, cleaning, check in after 5pm were only communicated when booking was made without cancellation options. Criticism @ Booking .com, no the host who just wishes to offer low cost option IF guests prefer to save and bring sheets.

Room was clean and bigger than expected.very close to the centre.

It was good to read the reviews upfront about bed sheets and towels. The checkin time of latest 17 is a bit early. After that you have to pay 400 DKK which I think is a bit steep. Luckily we manage to make it ontime, but keep that in mind when booking here.

Listing out the good things first- 1. Superb Location. Just around the centre but not so close to the street that would keep you awake at night. Station is just 6 mins walking distance, center is literally 2 minutes, if not less. 2. Beautiful, beautiful property! I fell in love with the well maintained garden and the beautiful pond with loads of fishes! Everything looked like a picture, plenty of sitting arrangements to enjoy breakfast/afternoon coffee in the garden. 3. Facilities are great. Kitchen is well equipped, well maintained, neat and tidy. Plenty of cups-glasses-plates available. Big Refrigerator inside which was also very clean. Check-in was fast and effortless… same for check out.. we kept our luggages for 4 hours

The only uncomfortable part was leaving out 100kr per room for cleaning charges and it has to be in cash, no MobilePay. It wasn’t mentioned in booking.com. Linens and towels was not included in the booking price, you have to pay extra/carry your own. The bathroom is shared by entire property and you have to cross the garden in middle of the night to get there!

Very well kept and maintained, beautiful tranquil small garden. An oasis off the street! Would return again!
