Very friendly staff. And a real dog friendly hotel, he got a better welcome than I did :). Joke apart, water bowl filled with fresh water, doggie treats, and his own duvet. Their restaurant is also very good, excellent fish soup, and all the meny was good. The staff seems happy to work there, and I travelled a lot so I can see when staff like their job

Can´t think of anything right now. Outside it looks a bit run down, but that is the weather wearing out, but the apartment and the interior is all good

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were absolutely amazing and the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good with a pleasant ambiance. Being able to hire bicycles at the hotel facilitated getting around Skagen and the nearby countryside.

Nothing, it met my expectations.

The hotel was located 30 min walk from the city center, less than 10 min by bike. Rooms were clean and good and had a nice small balcony overseeing the forest, offering a beautiful and calm start of the day. The staff was really friendly and always helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of cheese, danish pastry, fruits... I would definitely recommend it for an escape from everyday hecticness.

The restaurant was not as impressive as expected. A little too expensive compared to what you got. When the man in the bar was on break, his substitute was not a very great bartender. He didn't know the drinks and it took quite a while to make them. He had to ask the other guy for help.

We spent 3 nights in a refurbished one bedroom appartement. It was very quiet and comfortable though a bit expensive what is the reason for rating it 9 and not 10. The outside area with swimming pool, whirlpool sauna and gym was very nice and a real plus. Breakfast was excellent and the dinner at Holger Restaurant was brilliant! An excellent stay!

Great facilities - it was nice to be able to relax by the pool and on the patio or in the bar in the evening. Good to have a gym/ spa facilities. Comfortable room and nice balcony. Rented a bike from the hotel, which was a great way to get back and forth from centre of town (which was a 25/30 min walk away

The room’s furnishings were basic and functional. Very thin walls so can hear lots from next door rooms and had loud children in the room next door. No fridge/ kettle/ robe in the room. Breakfast was nice but not a particularly wide offering. The were not a great number of seats around the pool so often there wasn’t one free (did visit during school holidays so was busy). Would suggest visiting outside of school holidays.

Really good restaurant but bit expensive

I was traveling with a pet, the pet room was smelly. Someone could say that is normal but I travel a lot with my cat and the smell in the room was much more annoying than what I experienced before

Great amenities, comfortably sized room, good food.

The exterior suggested it would be a much more dated property, but inside it was fresh and comfortable.

Everything was excellent except the fact that you had to get SMS for a code for wi fi. It wasn’t very hands for Kenyan mobiles:))))

The hotel is beautiful and all the facilities were good. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious!
