I had booked a 1 bedroom villa, but when I entered the room, I realized that we had checked into a 2 bedroom villa. This definitely exceeded my expectations, and was well worth the money spent. One bedroom was clearly the master bedroom, with a huge bathroom: walk-in shower, huge tub, toilet & 2 sinks with vanities. They both had King-size beds, a 2nd bathroom, huge living room with a sleeper sofa, living room & full kitchen.

The microwave worked, but the turn table was not lining up with the grooves, so it didn't turn that well. Also, the light underneath wasn't working. This was not a big issue for me. The door to the villa wouldn't click to lock, unless you really pulled hard from the outside or pushed in from the inside, so this was a safety issue for us. I did mention it when we checked out.

Quiet! Just far enough away from the congestion of the theme parks but still a short drive. The room was clean, spacious, and the amenities were as listed. The kitchen was stocked with all serving utensils and dishes, along with pots and pans for food prep. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver for our family!

There is not much to complain about! This is just personal preference but having more for little kids to do in the pool area. Our youngest was almost too old for the kids pool but not quite tall enough for the adult pool.

Bed/pillows were very comfortable Size of villa was spacious

Roaches came out at night when lights turned off. Not cool Upgrade the furniture. I felt like I was back in 1985.

The staff was nice, and the room was clean with a few exceptions.The probably was nice and well kept. It's a very nice hotel at a good price. I also liked how they handled my complaints. We called about the air conditioning, and they came right away to try to fix it.They offered us a new room when they could not fix it. We declined the room, but they refunded us one night. Their customer service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

My wife found hairs on the toilet and in the bathtub. We also had a problem with our air conditioning, and they couldn't fix it right away.

It was a very nice. we loved the acomendations. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The main pool was fantastic. It has the best mini gold course on site that we have played on. The game room was very nice. Did not have to pay extra to play pool or mini golf. Would highly recomend this place to stay at. We will visit here again soon. Had a great stay.

There really wasnt any thing that we didnt like about our stay here.

It is central to Tampa and Disney and Orlando resorts

I’ve stayed there three times at three separate occasions and each time I’ve had at least one issue with the room a very small issue but nevertheless an issue. Also, if you’re a handicap person the apartment/hotel that you do stay in the parking area if you are handicap, there is only one handicap spot in the front of it and more than likely you are going to have to park further away than you normally would .

Convenient location. Well lit. Nice amenities. Clean. Staff were all very nice.

There were minor issues with the basic builder items: windows were not in good working order, they were supposed to open but appeared to have been damaged. Plugs fell out of outlets, loose connections. Dangerous condition to have a plug that won’t stay in the outlet. Toilet wobbled when used. Appeared to be cheap base construction grade items, not built for the long haul.

The location was good.

-Since I am an IHG group member I was pushed a little to attend a 90min presentation for another local resort. I was not there for a resort experience and felt a little pressure when I did not really want to hear about it. -I did have to call the front desk as there were people above our room who were "running around" until at least midnight. I'm patient, but it was obvious that the people above us had young children who were allowed to run around a good portion of the night

I like that it was like a condo. It was clean. Location was nice.

I didn’t like when I checked in, they were trying to push a 90 minute time share seminar. They were happy to talk to me but when I told him I was not interested he became sour. Like sorry I came for a relaxing vacation, not to wasted my time of “90 minutes “ of a meeting that would be longer. Took me 20 minutes just to check in and get to my room. I would stay here again, just give me my key and just bypass the whole time share crap.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The upgrade was great. It was very spacious and included everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

The only thing I didn't like about the stay was the people in the unit above me had a child that kept running and bumping, making noise.
