Property and location was nice

The evening front desk agent was rude as hell has no customer service skills and check in takes her entirely to long she told me I couldn’t purchase snacks cuz the machine was down at the front desk unless I had cash she was very very rude me as a front desk agent at a very large hotel I would never speak to a guess in the way she did I was very upset other than that the stay was ok towels were not put out at the pool…

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Room was clean, comfortable, and bathroom was also very clean. Room temp was also good upon arrival, which was great since we arrived late. Shuttle to the airport was fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast and coffee also very good.

The staff was helpful. The bathroom only had one small bar of soap which is not enough and the staff provided extra. The location was great for what we needed. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We were happy to see the restuarant so close by so we could have dinner without having to get back out into the traffic. We liked the check in time and especially the check out time of Noon. Gave us time to get ourselves together in the am and still have some breakfast before we had to check out.

We were there to attend the Phillies game on Sunday. We planned to watch the Phillies game Saturday night in our room but it was not broadcast on the TV service they use. That was very disappointing. I'm staying in Philly and I couldn't watch the Phillies game!! Anyway, we ended up watching it on utube on my daughter's cell phone. Better than not at all. That was the only thing we didn't like.

We chose this property primarily for its close proximity to the PHL airport. We had a very early departure and wanted to be close to the airport for easy logistics. It was great that the airport shuttle was now operating 24/7. Note that the shuttle departs every half hour on the hour at 05 minutes and 35 minutes, e.g. 6:05am and 6:35am.

The shower/tub had a very slow drain so water accumulated causing puddling. We made the front desk staff know when we checked out. The only other issue we encountered, which was a bit inconvenient because we were on the road for two hours, was our room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3:00pm. In fact, over a dozen guests were waiting in the lobby and dining area for their room to become available.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were nice. Very close to the airport and only about 20 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. Close to a gas station.

There are paint spots on the bathroom floor and shower curtain. The bathtub drain needs to be cleaned of hair so it drains faster.

I have stayed at facility a couple of days,and this time I got a room with a curtain and I appreciate that,so keep up the good work ☺️

Your snack area was empty it just needs to be stocked more often, other than that I enjoy my stay.

Breakfast has a good variety. Outdoor swimming pool was not large but clean. Microwave in each room was useful. Parking is spacious, free, and available in all direction around the hotel. Coin laundry was available and helpful.

Walking space in the room is relatively narrow.

Breakfast was good ,room was an ok size , my other family had king size which I wish would of been available for room we stayed in staff was very friendly from front desk and the guy who oversaw breakfast was friendly and welcoming ,the chambermaids were very friendly didn’t come to room but spoke with in hallway and were accommodating would use to stay again for sure

Some kind of guide for tv , the car racing through nite how loud my other members were on back side and we were on front side of building and they also said noise kept waking them up was so loud I would think they could somehow solve the issue of multiple cars racing around strip of the hotels there

The staff was so very helpful and nice and made us feel welcomed the room was cleaned and very comfortable The breakfast was great and the dining area was very clean I reccomend coming here i definately coming here

The pool was a bit smaller everything else was great
