Professional front desk with exceptional courtesy. Never a day when I come down to the front or walk inside the building that I don't get a smile and "How can I help you". I don't have any complaints, the professionalism exceeded expectations.

I would like for housekeeping to learn to knock and wait about 5-10 seconds before they knock again. Next wait to hear someone say they are on the way. They barge in to fast for my liking. They are nice but they will beat on the door hard and fast knocks. I hv to put a do not disturb sign up. Also go get my towels and everything else they hv on the cart that I need later during the day because of this

I liked the complimentary breakfast. It was good to start my morning, but I wouldn't consider it exceptional, as the fountain juices were watered down. However, there was a great waffle machine with fruits and bagels. The location was convenient since it was close to a main highway. Bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The front desk was kind and approachable, which made me feel welcomed.

I did not like the WIFI because it was not working. When I connected to it, the webpages never loaded. The area has poor cellular service, so I was unable to use my own internet.

It was a great location, the staff was very professional and exceptionally nice.

The first room 203 was just bad for this to be a new hotel. It had a bad smell coming from the air conditioner, there was a public hair on my sheet cover when I pulled back the covers. The carpet seemed to be moist or wet. The bathroom ceiling looked like there was afire or it's black mold. We were moved to a different room the next day. Room 210 had very minor cosmetic issues. The main floor vents were filled with dust, makes you wonder who's in charge of housekeeping because if I could see it everyone else could too. The lobby furniture was nice but could use a cleaning. Every pillow cover needs to be unzipped and placed in the washing machine.

SHORT STAY

The staff, The sweet and very helpful lady that checked me in. I didn't get her name but she was absolutely awesome from the time I walked in and checked in. It's not that often I get treated like this at hotels but she made me and my children feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing this hotel. She was a black older woman with excellent customer service skills!! From my family to you we would like to say THANK YOU!! 😊

The wifi wasn't that strong in my room.

The staff was great especially Faith she made our stay there very comfortable and made accommodation for our family as we were in the area for a funeral. Great atmosphere and cozy lobby area to just sit and visit. The hot breakfast was good and filling. It's a good location right off of the highway and close to restaurants, stores, gas, etc.

There was nothing that we did not like. Would suggest adding bacon to the breakfast along with the sausage as another choice of meat. Also, another choice of juice cranberry, apple along with the orange juice for breakfast.

Everything, It smell so good when you wake in The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good, we rested so good. The room was very clean and fresh. I just love, loved staying here. I love the Location, very quiet. Also the Parking was good too. I rate everything a10 plus. We will be back for sure.🥰♥️

The price was a Lil steep. It was 225.00. Thank God I had 19.00 and some change in my wallet so that left the balance $205.00 and some change.

We traveled in for a funeral and this location was great because it wasn't far from the church. Being right off of the highway was good as well. The lobby was clean and a cozy place to sit and visit. The breakfast was pretty good and filling. The staff was great especially Faith she went above and beyond to accommodate our family and we are very appreciative for that.

There was not anything that we really did not like, but have a suggestion for breakfast to add bacon as a choice along with the sausage. Also, would have loved some hot chocolate.

Real good

The room needed better detailing cleaning the closet door wasn’t very clean the the drapes at the bottom look like it had poop at the bottom

There was no bacon at the buffet by the time we get there. (We can see traces that bacon did exist) All the fruit and cereal bars was also gone and we got down fairly early. We were told that bacon is not served on Sunday, only sausage.

Serve bacon on Sundays. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I love to lay out of the room. I like the living room in the lobby, but if not change frequently the water taste bitter. I recommend it. They try every other day.
