Beautiful property with green & serene ambiance. Rooms are clean & spacious. Staff at reception & restaurant was well behaved , courteous & cooperative . Food was satisfactory. Overall it was a very good experience to stay at Kabir hotel & spa.

Mattresses are worn out & noisy need to be changed .

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and polite and the manager Sandeep made every effort to ensure I had a great stay. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Vadodara.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The ambiance of property is very very lavish right from the entrance. The lobby, reception, approach, lawn, pool, rooms architecture all is very nicely done. Stay is absolutely worth, their attention to details is fab ( like a 4 star) plus food is also good. Usually midnight food services are always disappointing but not here. It really nicely satisfies the midnight cravings. The receptionists are also polite along with other staff. All an all a perfect stay and at absolutely mind blowing prices. No better property can have this amount of good things at this price point.

If there's a function then music can be a problem and also there are probably electricity issues due to which it goes off and on for a short period of time in the rooms. Bathroom slippers would be just the cherry on top.

We enjoyed the stay at Kabir, it was only the staff that was disappointing and rude. At the main reception, I was greeted poorly by a lady who was snarky with me for no reason. I didn't take her seriously as the place was pretty good. To add on to this, we didn't receive towels inside the pool as we were told and we had to wait inside the pool for an hour for the towels only to receive a rude answer by a passer by waiter who blamed it on the housekeeping team instead of taking any responsibility. Overall, the experience ,the space, the rooms and food was great but the staff needs to learn some manners and greet customers as customers.

Staff needs to be courteous and more informative of their offers. We had a 15% discount for food. It was only during checkout that we were told the discount was only applicable in the restaurant and not for in-room food.

The place, pool and food.

There were no changing rooms or shower near the pool side. Also there should be swimming assessories like tube, life jacket etc for infants and toddlers.

Food portion for room service was quite less. The quality of the food and service was up to the mark, but would suggest to reconsider the portion size.

The villas are nicely spaced around the swimming pool giving a nice view without affecting the privacy. Facilities and good overall. The food too is good.

Dental and shaving kits were not provided, gym and spa facilities are poorly managed, staff for spa was not available.

Overall amazing property. The Rooms are amazing. All the rooms have pool view which I loved. The Pool is amazing and big. It's a peaceful location.

They can definitely improve on the breakfast varieties and introduce Pancakes and waffles, and they should also get a cappuccino machine, which they didn't have.
