The staff (especially Christina) in the breakfast area was exceptional. Nothing was a problem for her. She has a sharp memory and gave me the name of “Zucusca” a Romanian dip/spread/canapé which is delicious. Breakfast was really nice with many options. The location was central to my needs. There were three local supermarkets within walking distance. The room size was ok, could have been a little bit more bigger but we managed. Parking was available (probably 12 spots) but a couple of times I had to park on the nearby street. Definitely recommend this hotel for location and Christina.

The shower temperature was a bit of a challenge. It went from hot to cold. Had to work out a way to get it right which took a while and wasted water in doing so. Didn’t like the steps into the hotel. I had very heavy luggage and couldn’t use the ramps due to ice making them slippery and no assistance was provided or given. There is also a few steps after the front desk before the lifts that were a little challenging. The male who I believe was a foreman just sat there and watched me. The very slippery surface in and around the property.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and accommodating. The ladies at reception and Breakfast in particular. They are an asset to the hotel.

Coffee and kettle not in the room but on hallway. Only noticed it at the end of my stay.

It was nice to drop our bags of early at reception even though we were too early to check in. The staff were friendly and approachable. Although we didn't pay for breakfast with the room, we were able to purchase it separately. The selection of food was good and all self service.

The room numbers could have been signposted better. We were staying in a room between 200 and 209 and it was not immediately obvious where the room was once getting out of the lift. We didn't know that we had to go down some stairs to find the room. Room numbers over 210 were closer to the lift,

Booked for my older parents, it was their second stay in this hotel. During the first stay in February they forgot a cashmere sweater (no the cheapest one) in one of the rooms. When they returned in August and randomly asked the staff about the sweater forgotten half a year ago (even being confused with color :) ) the staff of the hotel was able to find the sweater! Incredible, thanks a lot to the staff!

As far as I understood the renovation process is ongoing, so once it is finished everything will be perfect.

we stayed at twin/double room with two single beds. The room is not very large, but is very comfortable and clean. We had a garden view and the room was very quiet. There are a few "peculiarities" which new travelers might want to consider: this hotel is in the central part of the city, it has it's own tiny parking spot (which fits 10-15cars max), so please be ready that personnel might ask you to park on a public street nearby (which is not far and has plenty of space), but it would not be a hotel parking :) Also, you will not discover the AC control in your room - you need to ask for it at the reception :) But it is there! And AC works great! The service at the breakfast was wonderful - the lady who works there is very sweet and welcoming. The hotel is very nice and has a central location. I would recommend :)

on the last day of our stay I asked for some water - the lady at reception told me we were not allowed to get free water since we were checking out?! She offered to buy water from the restaurant. I had to insist - since we did not get it the day before, after this they delivered 2 bottles of water to our room. This left some unpleasant "aftertaste", but in general our stay was nice and pleasant. I would recommend the hotel staff to deliver free water to the guests throughout their stay in summer times (or establish coolers in the hall), not to ruine the overall impression over silly instances like this.

It is located almost right in the city center, easily accesible and not hard to locate. The area seems quite quiet (maybe the church nearby will disturb you on a Sunday morning). Breakfast was ok, nothing to complain. Rooms are ok with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom.

The friendly welcome from reception and the continued excellent and helpful service for the whole of our stay. We appreciated the help given to organise our trip to the monasteries around Suceava The apartment we stayed was huge airy and comfortable. Very good value for money.

Centrally located but still quiet. Good sized clean room. Comfy bed. Good bathroom. Fair breakfast.The evening meal I had at the hotel was very good. Pleasant staff, took care of my luggage until I was able to return to check in.

Air con had no remote so I couldn't use it but luckily the temperature was comfortable enough. Given the size of the hotel I think it would benefit from being able to offer a laundry service.

The hotel is nice and clean, is currently being renovated. It’s close to town center, but in a quiet area. We had a superior twin room, it was rather small, but clean, nice and well maintained, exactly like the pictures. The room had all facilities stated in website, AC worked wonderfully ( there were 37C degrees outside, so AC was needed). A nice touch was the bottle of water we found in the room. There was also a coffeemaker, coffee, tea, milk capsules, sugar. The bathroom was clean and nice, with toiletries and towels that were changed each day. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

The sliding door from the bathroom was not easy to use. I got stuck at some point and couldn’t open it from inside, had to ask for help from my roommate to open it from the outside.

This hotel was exceptionally clean, it really impressed us. Staff was really nice even though many did not speak English. The dinner options at the hotel were really good and we found it even better than in many restaurants in the area.

Breakfast was quite simple, some of the food was a bit tasteless or very simple. Not many vegan or vegetarian options unless you are OK with 2-3 vegetables or fruits instead of proper breakfast.
