Distance between rooms and restaurant, difference of level between some rooms , bathroom unfinished work, tv too small for the size of the room, installed too high on the wall, not comfortable to watch

The hotel has ample parking spaces. The staff are great and kind and very helpful. The site is well maintained and lovely to spend free time here.

Not sure if it's room specific but I had a fusebox for the electrics in my room that made buzzing/humming at night. The outlet socket was not well secure to the wall so it could come out and expose live wires which is dangerous. The nightlights above the bed are too bright and also had some wires crudely sticking out. Wasn't sure why they had to be exposed and not insulated.

The location, room service, the gardens design, the spa

The breakfast included into the price was not so rich. Every day exactly the same stuff. Doesn't work for a long time. Another thing: spa doesn't work every day and only from 4 p.m. .

In the hotel everything was good. Good smell from the pines, big parking.

Es for me, very very soft bad. But it's not a problem for many people. The pool isn't included in the booking. So you have to pay extra. We stayed only for one night, and didn't need it.

I think in the past my room was for smokers. Now it is not permitted and are smoke detectors too. But the smell is still present. Next time I will mention this aspect at booking time.

I liked that the room looked like in the pictures. It clean and comfortable. The stuff was polite and helpful. I loved the SPA. The man was helpful setting up the pool and the sauna, even if it was just me at that time. The facilities were very good.

The shower was leaking a little bit when taking shower.

Nice hotel în Suceava. They have a restaurant on site with a large menu, which is a necessity for those without a car: the hotel is located in a neighborhood with no restaurants within walking distance.

The room was very basic. They do not provide toiletries. I would have paid more for a better room.

It far exceeded our expectations! It is a wonderful location, large and comfortable rooms, extremely clean, with outstanding facilities (swimming pool and gym). And the restaurant is excellent. I don't know why it is rated ☆☆☆, it deserves more! I strongly recommend.
