Location was beautiful, forest and lake scenery from kitchen window. Everything was clean and furnished, tv was great could watch most any station. Whole room seemed like it had just been redone. You could not hear the neighbors at all, must have great sound insulation. Enjoyed sitting on front porch for lunch and coffee.

Sheets were pretty thin, I wish I had brought my own, would have slept better. It also would have been nice to have a screen door on room. So I could have enjoyed scenery out front.

It was very roomy. The kitchenette was very nice and had a good-sized refrigerator. They also left a bag of microwave popcorn! The restaurant, bar, and outdoor area are right around the corner. Live entertainment while we were there.

The shower curtain would flop around and not stay closed on the ends. A lot of the water ended up on the floor. The pond had a lot of silt around the edges and you really couldn't put your feet in the water.

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and clean . Food at the restaurant was delicious. Craft beer selection was great !

Parking was limited do to restaurant business . Was not able to park in front of my room . Wi-Fi connection was very limited in my room . Unable to watch a show without the TV freezing , or use my phone to look up directions .

Moreover, the hotel's staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to the room service, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and attended to any request promptly. I found myself eagerly looking forward to returning to my room after a day of exploring the city. In conclusion, my stay at lumbermen's was nothing short of delightful. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit to the area.

Room is definitely not luxurious but very comfortable

I love being so close to the water, it was just a walk away. also the dinner right next to it had the best food! it was really nice just being able to walk outside and it being really close. all the staff where really nice as well !!

the shower was really high pressure ! water did get everywhere. nothing a few towels couldn't clean up 😂

Not too small. The room was spacious and clean. Extra dishes and soap in the kitchen pantry was nice to have.

In room #6 The shower head needs to be replaced. There is a mist that sprays out the shower stall and causes too much water outside the shower. The toilet needs to be resealed. When you sit on the toilet it’s loose.

Nice room..amenities worked, except the shower was a bit too strong for me. (Pins and needles). It was also right behind the Courtyard, which was ok, but the music was definitely loud (lol!). But overall, I enjoyed it. Id stay again..:)

we had a couple of issues and the owners took care of it right away. The restaurant/bar was very nice, great prices good food.

Too close to the highway/busy area. Light switches and door handles were sticky. Pans were not great.

This is a jewel of a place located out in the beautiful woods. The cabin was very spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I almost wish that the weather was colder so I could have used the cozy fireplace in the room. We might have to go back for a visit this winter. They have an amazing bar and great outdoor activities. This is a great place to enjoy the outdoors without that isolated feeling.

The check in is a little chaotic because it is one and the same with the restaurant. So we had to wait for the people in front of us to get a table for dinner before we could check in to our room. I would recommend not arriving at dinner time.

This ended up being a quite comfortable stay! We had an airbnb and were heading home when we got caught in a crazy snow storm. We were not familiar with driving in heavy icy snow like that so had to pull over and find an unplanned place to stay. This well exceeded our expectations for something unplanned. Very roomy and comfortable room with not only a fireplace but a heater too! Which felt great after the snow storm! Will plan to return!
