Great staff - very polite and helpful in both the reception and in the restaurants! The room was clean, nice size and well appointed. Great shower. Also a totally ok fitness centre and pool. Really good breakfast too, with both western and arabic options available. Good value for money, and well located by the Northern Ring Road. Very well sound insulated too. Would definitely return to this hotel!

As everywhere in Riyadh, it is impossible to go out just walking, you always need to get a car.. The location was at the same time very convenient for meetings, but also right by a busy highway...

Hotel location was perfecf, the hotel vibe was comfy and cozy, the staff are more than welcoming and helpful I felt like that I'm the only guest from the care they have provided they are so kind and friendly. My room was very nice very clean i I really have liked my overall experience with this hotel in each detail

Nothing just expected a bigger loby and 24 hour lounge but this is the timing in many hotels in Riyadh

The hotel entrance is confined to a street above a tunnel and exiting the hotel is very dangerous at a corner turning into a secret road. I could not enter my car into the parking lot due to the obstruction of the directed traffic at the hotel entrance and I parked it in the neigh boring and I was fined and informed the hotel, who told me that this happens a lot, especially after ten o'clock at night, due to the road being closed.

We stayed for the Saudi National Day, requested for a room with a good view of the KAFD and kingdom tower, they were kind enough to grant our request and even upgraded our room. =) the Staff and Seven waiters are accommodating and responsive, the breakfast buffet is quite good with numerous variety of quality foods =)

there was a system glitch when we arrived but somehow they made a way to make our check-in convenient. Also, the indoor pool is clean but no thermal control it's quite cold.

The above and beyond friendliness of every staff member and the high quality food combined with comfortable and modern facilities makes this establishment the one to beat, in my book. Shout out to the Boy from Philly, Mr. Mahmoud and the kind porter for their late-night hospitality.

During my 3 nights stay the hotel was really nice, comfortable and neat.. the staff was so welcoming and helpful especially Mahmoud who didn’t hesitate to give me tips about the city.. definitely would come back

If you don’t have a car it won’t be easy to access the nearby places

The location was at an ideal spot, as the places I wanted to visit were within a 15-20 mins drive. The staff was extremely sweet and helpful and gave great recommendations!

The breakfast was a little cold and dry by the time we arrived, so maybe a way to keep the food warm and fresh would be good!

I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel, especially the service attitude of Maha at the front desk of the hotel is very good. She helped me to find the place to exchange money, then helped me call Uber, and then provide hair drier to me,she is so kind that deserves higher salary.

The swimming pool was cold, and the heater for the pool was not working

clean , quiet , very comfortable bed . room generally very nice . also really liked that a big bowel of complementary fresh fruit was delivered to my room shortly after arrival ..nice touch especially as where I work in KSA , fresh fruit in any great variety is hard to get . Restaurant was also very good both for Dinner and breakfast that I bought separately after arrival

maybe just that the location at a highway junction was not in the vicinity of anything really within walking distance …but then again I only had one night
