A bit far from the airport or downtown of Seoul, but definitely good value for a 4-star hotel, near bus stops, typically 12-15 CAD taxi to Jasmil major transportation hub, and yes, LOTTE is in Jasmil and you can take airport bus 6200 at Jasmil, 1 stop (about 1 hour away from ICN). Very good breakfast serving. Even though you don't know any Korean, you will love this place. PS: Google map and Googke translation work! Staff members are willing to help, and they are polite and nice!

Not all front desk staff members can speak or understand English. There is no near bus pass reloading place if you have to use hard copy bus pass to navigate Seoul, and 11 minutes walking to the nearest subway/metro. Nearby commercial facility is 5-6 minutes walk, but still new and under construction.

Very large choice of breakfast, I really recommend booking the room including breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

It is not the first time, as the hotel stay is paid through booking.com, the staff at the reception didn't want to give me the invoice and told me I should contact Booking.com for this. I need the invoice as I need to enter this for my business trip. The argument they used is that they don't know how much I paid to Booking.com so they cannot create an invoice? :-( . This is not the only hotel where I already had the same discussion. I think Booking.com should align better with hotel management and also make it very clear in the Booking.com app.

Amazing place for kids, we requested the kids deluxe room and were not disappointed, our son loved it! Very spacious rooms too, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location could be an issue if you plan to visit Seoul city center but there are lots of amenities nearby (restaurants, Daiso, Olive Young, etc).

Once again I had a discussion with hotel reception staff about the invoice, although everything was already paid in advance through booking.com the staff did not want me to give me the invoice, the booking confirmation document from booking.com is not sufficient and cannot be used as an invoice because of tax reasons, a confirmation is not the same as an invoice.

Great location. Near train, restaurants, shopping and a magical walking/running path.

Would have liked a microwave and iron for wrinkled clothing in the room.

It's in a cool,quiet neighborhood... it's close to Gangnam but a bit far from Myeongdong and Dongdaenum..... but it's worth it if you want a peace of mind. My room was clean every day.... and the receptionists were always super helpful and spoke English very well. I didn't book the breakfast option so cannot comment on that. And I also didn't use the pool or the gym. Overall, it's a definite YES if you don't mind a bit of travel to the main touristy areas and if you only want a clean quiet bed to sleep at.

This was the best breakfast we had in any of the places we stayed over the whole fortnight! The balcony on our room was a nice place to sit in the evening with a cup of green tea. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great too. The staff at the hotel were also helpful and nice.

Wirye was pretty, but the area of the city felt like it was a 'work in progress'. I would like to go back in a year or two to see what it will be like.

Because of the delay in my flights, I was unable to experience breakfast or the facilities. But I would stay there again on my next visit to Korea!
