This is the third time we stay at this hotel. We always stay in the duplex units, which are quite comfortable. Location is superb, a few blocks away from Lotte Tower, so lots of restaurants, cafés, malls and other attractions nearby, plus close access to metro stations and bus stops, makes it easy to move around town. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They implemented an awesome kiosk system for ordering food directly from your room (I don't know if other hotels have a similar thing lately, this is the first time I see it anywhere).

There are two reasons why I don't give it a higher rating: 1. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet. Although most times it is a good quality set, a few times you may get something that is not of your liking and you have no more choices. It can also become repetitive if you're on a longer stay. 2. Every time we've stayed, the air conditioning, although working, does not respond to the settings you chose, it seems like centrally controlled and you cannot modify its settings.

The location is walking distance to Lotte Tower, once you come out on the main strip between all the restaurants and bars you have a great view of that tall building. And as just mentioned, you're right in the middle of all of the restos and bars, etc. Multiple walking routes to get to the nearest metros, which, either one can be reached on foot within five to ten minutes. The room was private and cleaning service was attentive.

My only detractor is that front desk staff could be a bit friendlier. Sometimes in entering or leaving I'd greet the woman at the counter in Korean, and she didn't say anything in response. No complaint for the cafe host, he was very helpful when I needed food reheated.

Booked hotel for proximity to KSPO Dome. Bed and pillows comfortable. Shower was strong and hot. Near cafes, restaurants and kombinis. Around 20-25 minute walk to airport bus stop at Exit 5 Jamsil station. Close to the metro. Staff were ok, not particularly friendly but provided assistance as needed.

Room could do with fresh paint/wallpaper. Blind had a broken piece. Entrance area to room was dark, apparently that's how it is but I didn't like the gloom. Since close to restaurants and pubs, could occasionally hear the revelry but nothing excessive.

Good central location in relation to public transportation. Close to the Olympic Park, Lotte World Mall, and food avenue. The room included a table for placing food delivery orders which was very convenient. Bed was comfortable and the free laundry facility helped since we packed light for this trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff was very thorough every day. This hotel is a great value.

The hotel is easy to locate, and it's within walking distance of a bus stop. There's also a cafe in the lobby and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. There's also a street (Bangi-dong Alley) nearby full of restaurants, cafes, and bars, most of which are open all night long, so you can have late dinner if needed. The room was big enough for two people, and there was even a big sofa that could act as an extra bed. The bed itself was soft and comfortable, so I got to sleep well every night. The staff was also welcoming and accommodating, and they allowed me to leave my luggage in the lobby. 10/10 I would stay here again.

There was little to no floor space for luggage. There was no division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the water could get everywhere. While there is a nearby bus stop, the nearest subway station is some ways away, so it'll be a little bit of a walk. Since it's also near a nightlife alley, it could get a little loud at night. While you could leave your luggage in the lobby, there's no specific room for it, so it's really just by the front desk where other people could access them.

LOCATION. It is perfect for people watching concerts at KSPO Dome or the Handball Gymnasium or anything at the Olympic park. It is 7 mins by taxi, 15 mins by bus and the hotel has bicycles for rent if you want to cycle to the Olympic park. It is also walking distance from Lotte World and the Bangi Food alley is 1 min walk. There's a subway closeby with an elevator as well. The towels were changed and the bathroom amenities as well as the water were rwplenished everyday. Ther welcome drink also when you check in is a nice touch. By the way this is my 2nd time staying here because it is really convenient.

Excellent hotel experience. Comfortable room, spacious, good firm bed and soft pillows. Super clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is superb, lots of restaurants in the nearby streets, a few blocks away from Lotte Tower complex, very convenient.

If a room with a view is a priority then this is not the hotel for you. There are so many buildings in that area that I think none of the nearby hotels have a view.

The bathtub was amazing. It was super large and I really enjoyed that. The breakfast was a good quality Korean-style American breakfast as well. Bed was comfortable.

The room itself had some spots that hadn't been cleaned very well. There was a hair in the bathtub and a bit of hair near the mirror in the bathroom. It was clean at a glance, but if you looked closely, you could tell that someone may have been in a bit of a rush.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was small but very typical of South Korea. It fit our needs just fine so no issue. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was included and was very good. a little repetitive. I don’t want to see a sausage again anytime soon, but everything else was very good. The staff spoke English well or at least enough for us to communicate our needs without issue.

Area is a little noisy due to the surrounding hotels and just the amount cars that are everywhere due to the parking situation. Plus there is a body shop near that caused a lot of noise, but no actual issues with the hotel itself or that would stop me from staying there again.
