The location is convenient as you can walk to great restaurants, cafe's karaoke, indoor golf, massage, or to the Lotte Mall, which might bee the best mall I've ever been to. Being on the 16th. floor was nice, and the TV was good with guest Netflix etc. Staff was young people and very friendly and some spoke good english. It's fairly quiet and the bed and pillows was comfortable

Being on the 16th. floor in the Luxury Signature Suite with city views, I expected more luxury, bigger room and more spectacular views. The slippers were worn out and sticky underneath and the bathrobe small for a big guy like me. I was woken up 5am by neighbours having sex, so not as soundproof as advertised. The only space to hang and put your clothes is a tiny rack above the refrigerator. There's no laundry service and the cafeteria is not a cozy place to hang out, the coffee is not good, but you can get cold water.

Staff was friendly. Free water and refreshments included on the second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the Ken’s that did not speak English well. They tried their best! Rooms are fairly clean. Lots of restaurants right outside the hotel and area. Lotte world mall and tower and park is minutes within walking distance. Overall good value as well with the price I’m paying. Not much amenities. But good enough for a hotel stay.

Wish there is a gym.

The hotel is located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, with many attractions nearby, such as Lotte World. The staff are helpful and have excellent manners.

The location was great, the hotel staff was friendly, and the cafeteria had free items.

There was a long wait because there was only 1 elevator. The air conditioning in the cafeteria on the 2nd floor was very cold. Otherwise, no problem.

Very lovely walk/close proximity to the KSPO Dome, room was lovely, big and very clean. The checkout time of 1pm was exceptionally helpful.

The bed was slightly too hard for me but maybe a personal preference.

Location was great for its proximity to KSPO. Room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. Snack room was a bonus and well appreciated at night time. Extra late check in meant I could sleep in and take my time the next morning.

Good location not far from Lotte mall and Olympic park. In hotel there is cafeteria where you can get decent coffee and snacks at any time.

Windows from my room was into the wall so was quite dark all the time in the room.

Near to lots of restaurants and close to Olympic park

Snacks were good but no plate or knife to spread jam on toast.
