I have no complain about the property. Our stay is so relaxing and comfortable.

During the time we were there, the staff thats on duty the time we are there is not as friendly, not kind and not accomodating. As a tourist, we understand that they have rules of check-in time. But 3pm was their check-in time. We arrived there early to drop our luggage at the front desk, since its lunch time, we decided to eat outside and went back to the location, we are back at 1pm, and we ask if we could checkin early, but then the staff is really not friendly, we are not forcing it at all, so we waited and fell asleep in the lobby waiting for their checkin time. They allowed us to check-in around 02:55pm. They didnt really make it easy for us.

The room was quite large, the sink was outside the bathroom which was a bit odd but it was very large and well made and so surprisingly it was quite convenient. The floor was not carpeted - it was some kind of wood imitation I think but anyway I think these type of floors are far easier to clean and much more hygienic than carpet floors. Also the beddings were cotton which apparently isn't that common in hotels here.

The light panel was in the middle of the headrest of the bed and when you turned the lights off at night it would still illuminate which could be annoying. I covered it with a pillow.

The hotel was an affordable option in the Jamsil area, about a 10 to 15mins walk from Lotte World Adventure. Even though it was near tourist attractions, the area felt quite local. It was diagonally opposite Seokchon Lake and had a scenic view of the Lotte World Tower. It was also a popular spot for residents in the area to exercise and hang out. Just minutes from the hotel are a few convenience stores which are good to grab snacks on the way out and way back. The room was compact but comfortable and the hotel reception was helpful.

The hotel breakfast wasn't included in my rate but I paid separately to try it one morning. I found the options a little limited.

Good location, not go far from subway unless you come back late then it's a decent walk back. Clean facilities and love that they allow you to leave your luggage early in the morning and comeback and check in whenever you are ready. Very professional and accommodating. Room is small but good for price. Really good for area and price

I liked that they cleaned the room everyday. Also, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. She made me feel welcome in a foreign country. There were no language barriers as she spoke great english. Great location, nice and clean, helpful staff, 10/10 would highly recommend!

The Staff were very friendly and it was in a perfect location...a 15 minutes walk would get you from the Hotel to the Lotte World Mall that was good for shopping & just relaxing. Apart from the mall there were a number of food places nearby where one could grab a quick meal. Really great location and would definitely recommend it.

The room was wide with three single bed and the location was perfect for us. 24 hours check-in/out service is convenient as we had to check in very late and check out early morning. Staff was very kind and supportive.

Parking space was crowded and small with many cars at night because of the karaoke in the same building

I really liked the location of the hotel, also the room was big and comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice and cold just how I like it, the staff were very helpful, and could speak english so I have not had any trouble with checking in or checking out, the location is a a few steps to lotte mall, and there is a huge park and lake, around the block

All the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. We had a great breakfast every morning, and the view was beautiful.

Second time staying at the Rosana Boutique Hotel. Good value place to stay. Fantastic location and close to so many attractions and subway stations.
