Room service exceeded our expectations with reasonable pricing when compared to US hotels. Room was spacious and we had a beautiful few of the surrounding area. Access to the amusement park through the hotel was especially convenient. The food at the convenience store was decent with access to subways and bus within minutes from the hotel. Hotel staff very polite and courteous.

We could not purchase fast pass amusement park tickets through the hotel.

The pillows were too soft...should supply one hard and one soft to make a choice..also a longe or chairs in the foyer would be good

The room was clean, great view and exceptionally comfortable. The amenities are outstanding. It was suitable for my needs, but possibly a bit small if it were for two people, it would no doubt feel a bit crowded. A perfect place for families. I did not have the breakfast however, the restaurant was very busy every morning so I would take that as a good sign. This is a Mecca for shopping and food with the department store and mall right there. The subway is also easy access. The main lobby staff are very helpful.

I did call down to the front desk four times to get assistance with my bags for check out and I never got any response, so I don't know - maybe it is something you need to request in advance.

My family loved the hotel and with good reasons given the value for money. Location is excellent, just walking distance from Jamsil station. Malls nearby for easy access/shopping/breakfast coffees. Top notch views and facilities - the indoor pool and Sauna were my fav. There's a middle lift where it's windowed and you get to see LotteWorld. We also bought tickets to Lotteworld and the Magic Door entrance was soooo convenient to enter, no need to queue to enter the themepark! Room was amazing, clean and neat with all the right amenities and features, we even requested for different pillows!

Long walk from the basement metro station exit to the Lotte Department store lift and more walking to the Hotel entrance lobby via the Lotte Department store. Why not just have a dedicated lift to the hotel instead? And please put up signs to show Hotel Lobby? This was the ONLY issue I had and it's a fair one due to accessibility of finding the hotel upon arrival via Metro at Jamsil station.

This is a lovely hotel for everyone needing to stay in that part of Seoul. Immaculate lobby and warm and friendly front desk staff. Efficient check-in/check-out. Solid size room for two. Comfortable beds. Good housekeeping, everything is nicely clean. Convenient connection to Lotte World Mall and also to the metro. Also, airport limousine bus stops close to the hotel. Nice restaurants, coffee places, Seokchon lake (gorgeous cherry & plum trees in spring), Lotte World Tower, etc. in a close and convenient proximity. Dedicated entrance to the Lotte World Magic Island, so guests can skip the lines and go in and out with their day passes.

No decent coffee machine in a room (one would expect a coffee machine in a 5* hotel). A bit dated rooms. Small wardrobe space. The elevators take forever. Quite distant to main city attractions not related to Lotte World Magic Island & Lotte World Tower.

Location, ambiance, staff - all were excellent. Lots to do in the immediate area, plus quick access to transportation. The Lotte World amusement park, folk museum, indoor ice rink, swimming pool, sports center and bowling alley were some of the highlights. Very useful to have the Lotte Department Store adjacent to the hotel. Its lower-level food mart with so many shops was excellent. Plus, the Lotte World Tower is just across the street for amazing views of Seoul from its observation sky deck. Special thanks to Ji Hong Park and staff. I had used packing "cubes" for my clothes and had left two cubes on an overhead rack and forgotten them. They located my cubes and sent them to me in Jeju. We were going on a cruise, and all my cruise clothing had been in the cubes - I was so grateful to get them back.

If you want to stay in the midst of the busy "tourist streets" you would probably not like it here. We preferred this quiet location with the Jamsil Station right outside the door for day trips. Only complaint was the bathtubs were rather high for taking showers. We are elderly and getting into the tub was a bit challenging. Maybe adding a couple of grab bars.

This is a marvelous hotel to end my stay in Seoul. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was travelling alone from New Zealand and they always made me feel welcome. There are lots to do and see around the hotel and plenty of great places to eat . My room was spacious and very comfortable with a lovely view especially at night. On my last night I had an accident while out walking. The staff rang around and found a suitable hospital to treat me. A staff member accompanied me firstly to a clinic. Then , because of a shift change, another staff member accompanied me in the taxi and stayed with me while I was treated at a specialist orthopedic hospital. I can not thank the hotel and it's staff enough for the way they looked after me. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is fantastic, with Jamsil Station directly below the hotel. It’s also great to have Lotte World and Lotte World Mall right next door, making it a perfect spot for shopping. Getting to Myeongdong by taxi took only about 20-25 minutes, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and the furniture was modern and well-maintained. A bonus was the mini washing machine in the room, which was incredibly convenient for laundry during my stay.

The only downside was that the bed felt a bit too stiff for my preference, and the pillows were a bit too soft. However, this is more of a personal preference..

We got the pokemon theme room and it was nicely decorated. The kids love it. We were surprised to see the mini washer provided in the room as well. It was extremely useful especially when the kids dirty their clothes easily. The location was convenient and just right beside lotte adventure park. It may get a bit confusing to navigate through the area at the start as it connects to too many places. But you will get used to it very soon. The gym is fully equipped and the hotel provides quality products for your usage.

The price was quite high, but over the stay was good. The pillow provided was too soft.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a wonderful view - we had a Lake view room. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had a huge variety - both Korean and Western style food and hot and cold food. The service from the staff was amazing and they spoke English well. Really convenient location, so close to Jamsil station, made it easy for us to travel around. Also we loved being able to get discounted tickets to Lotte World and being able to enter Lotte World through a special guest door! Our trip to Lotte World was a highlight of our stay!
