Great hotel! The staff are very helpful and polite, the rooms are as stated in the photos. There was no breakfast, but the hotel is located on a busy street with lots of cafes and restaurants. In spite of the busy location the hotel did not hear the noise of the city, but this may be because the rooms were on the other side. The view from the window, however, was in the wall, but for those who go to work and (or) a lot of walking - it is not a problem. Everything was very pleasant, thank you.

The accommodations are very clean and the receptionists are very nice. . Like the attention of the staff here, and my room is clean every day. I will definitely come back here again because the accommodation is convenient near the department store and near the theme park and, most importantly, the hotel area is full of restaurants and convenience stores.

location was easily accessible by punlic transport bus and also subway. its just next to CU convenience store so u can basically get whatever u want at anytime. and most importantly walking distance to KSPO dome

for muslim traveller , halal food is bot easily accessible. u will have to make do with vege options . lotte mall is walking distance

Beautifully presented room that was a great size for a couple. Room was quiet at night. Able to borrow items from reception if necessary (we borrowed a steam iron). Great location with bus stops and 2 metro stops nearby. Free breakfast and other items at the rooftop bar area. We were really impressed with this hotel, and would stay again if we were back in the area.

It was spacious and comfortable for someone travelling alone. It was easy to find and there were no issues with any of the facilities or staff members.

It could have been a little more soundproofed. It was really easy to hear people in the hallways and corridor at all hours of the day and night.

The bathroom and the high tech was great. The remote controller everything. The lounge was really nice too.

The carpets ok the lobby didn’t look clean.

Location was great and has some good food around. Pretty close to major subway lines so it was pretty easy to come and go.

The property was clean. The room smelled really good and the design is aesthetically pleasing. Although it’s in a busy area, I could not hear any noise from the outside and slept like a baby.
