We spent one night here during our visit of Christmas Market in the Ravenna Gorge. Location is good if coming by car - close to the market as well as to other interesting points (Titisee etc). The guesthouse itself is new and very nice! It is really warm in the rooms, and you can regulate temperature according to your needs. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was included to the price - and it was with high quality products. Not a lot of choice, but still enough to have a good start of the day! There is a nice walking path not far from the guesthouse, so you can enjoy your time at the nature as well. We will definitely come back again to this place!

The check-in at the arrival is online with QR code or quick one with the staff member who was just using the phone (because there is no reception desk). it was not very clear :) but once check in is done and you have your keys, everything is perfect 👌

Room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. And seemed to be newly renovated. Interaction with the staff was exceptional via Booking messaging (very prompt replies/helpful). Close to Ravenna Gorge market. Breakfast was very good. The attendant was kind enough to make a coffee to go.

You have to be patient entering and exiting the property if traffic is heavy. Bathroom is on the smallish side but clean and modern.

Spacious, clean family apartment. Secluded quiet location just off the stunning B500 Black Forest High Road. Perfectly located between Hinterzarten and Titisee for the Ravenna Gorge walk. The longer 13.5km trail actually goes directly past the hotel so you can start it from here.

Would have scored higher except we visited in August when 30+c during the day. The lack of air conditioning or fan meant we had to open the fire escape and windows fully for any ventilation and it was still uncomfortable to sleep. Also on check in (done via QR code) the app is misleading as it shows you have a digital card for the room. In fact you have to call hotel staff (apart from 8-10am there is nobody on site) to obtain a code for the key from the boxes outside the main door.

I want to love all about thus hotel but the check in was complicated . The property show that you can check in online and have the key box at the entrance but after i do all that follow the instructions I can’t get in. Luckily have some staff came and help me in

Very clean hotel and staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast too. When we couldn’t find it initially staff literally walked outside to help us. Super!

My room was by a door alarm that kept ringing but i could drown it out with music.

The breakfast has very limited options. However, the lady was very nice and sort of ensured that we have what we are looking for.

The TV in the room failed to connect so it got quite boring in the later evening as you can't go out much when it is late as it gets pitch dark. We tried several times but the TV just did not connect. Also, the passcode received via message was incorrect. So I had to really struggle to get in.

The staff made my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Although the place is a self check in type place, the friendliness really shone through. The room had a great bath tub and was plenty big overall!

Breakfast was a little on the pricy side, but then again it was all-you-can-eat so who can really complain?

Out of the way. Quiet. Great staff!!! Rooms were quiet, adequate, sparkling clean, furniture was solid. Breakfast rocks!
