This is my second time staying here. The "mini" rooms are comfortable and the views from the higher floors are superb. Among the best value places in Central. Near many popular attractions and eating places but bear in mind it is a fair climb less than halfway up the hill to Mid-Levels from Queens Road Central. Those who don't like negotiating steep steps at Duddell Street or Wyndham Street need to take the longer way up Ice House Street. For hikers up Victoria Peak, if you don't want to tire yourselves out then take bus 13 from D'Aguilar Street to the start point at Kotewall Road.

There is a HK$10 charge for each piece of stored luggage after checking out. Of course HK$5 would be better but it is still a very reasonable service provided and I am thankful for that and hope to return again in a few years' time.

The receptionist waited for me even if i arrived at 2am! The hotel is very close to everything - restaurants, 711, train and bus stations. The hotel also has a really nice lobby with free water and a vending machine for snacks and drinks. They also have a washing machine upstairs. The room size is sufficient specially for the price you pay. The room looks and smells clean. I love that my smart room had a view of the church across the street. The AC works well and so do the hotpot, hairdryer, etc.

Very good location. The rooms are really small, but it's exactly what you see in the photos.

The smart check in didn't work properly. In the end we needed to go to the reception, but there was no one at the reception to help us with the check in. That part was quite annoying and a waste of time. The shower water temperature was very difficult to control. It was too hot most of the times. And the shower head needs to be cleaned probably. Maybe after that it's possible to have a better water flow.

The staff were friendly and helpful to me. It was convenient to get water in the lobby, they have a laundry, and there was enough room for all my stuff. The place is located in the heart of central and it is so accessible to everything. The rooms on the upper floors are wonderful and were quiet while I was there. They also have a left luggage service that is very convenient. Also, because it is close to the FCC, loads of taxis are always going by, making them easy to catch.

The only thing I didn't like were the large towels. They were a bit hard to use - didn't absorb anything - so I bought one at Decatholan which was right around the corner. This is not a deal breaker. Next time I'm in HK I'll stay again and just put a towel in my luggage.

Location, location, location! If you want to stay in Central near to the activities then this is ideal. A short walk to everything and with planning you can do a 13km jog only crossing a street once. Lan kwai fong, and Soho, Hong Kong park, star ferry, peak tram, all walking distance. Wanchai easily accessible by scenic tram. A short walk to Central station for the train to Disneyland. Hotel is clean, mattress is comfortable, hot water, clean bathroom. Surprisingly nice lounge on ground floor. Powerful aircon so no worries in summer months. For HK central its extremely good value for money. People who low rate the hotel just don't seem to realise HK is now the world's 5th most expensive city. Everything is expensive!!!

Well its small, and if a couple you have to be comfortable with your partner being in close vicinity and perfect visibility while using the bathroom. The rooms are small. This isn't a hotel where you will want to chill in the room. Its OK for sleeping and a 7-11 sandwich for breakfast.

great location near both Central and Hong Kong MTR, takes <40mins to reach from the airport. check in process was smooth. staff were kinda friendly. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Even though it was infront of a road, it was never noisy.

towels came in the form of the disposable material and were abit thin, bathroom is clear glass so no privacy if you are not alone. central cooling so it got too cold in the night. price paid for this location and fast wifi made up for these shortcomings.

On a budget, this hotel has good sized well organized rooms with space at the end of the double bed for a large case. Everything was spotlessly clean. Toilet and shower facilities worked great, no issues at all. Internet connectivity was great in room and lobby alike - BTW the lobby is awesome. Location relative to SOHO, Lan Kwai Fong and Central is amazing for the price, The Fringe restaurant is right around the corner. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The only fault I can pick with the hotel is the small flight of steps to the lobby from the street. This is hard if you have mobility issues and heavy luggage, but the staff will surely help if requested to.

great location, very close to central station. if you’re going to hong kong for the nightlife and shopping, it’s right in the heart of that. i recommend this more if you just need a clean place to crash after exploring hong kong, and if you’re a young solo or business traveler. fairly clean and wifi works well. there’s a water dispenser in the lobby that i thought was really great because buying water in convenience stories is so expensive! vending machine also comes in handy for quick snacks and essentials.

while the location is great, it can also be its downfall, because there’s a very long staircase that leads up to it from wyndham street. the alternative way from the other side of the street has more manageable stairs but it still was uphill. was literally out of breath and drenched in sweat while checking in. the room was maybe 90% clean. the little shelf on the wall next to the bed was not wiped down and i wanted to sweep the bits of dust on the floor. there are some rooms with bathrooms with the sink outside the shower, but my sink was in the shower and i found it inconvenient. the blinds that covered the windows in the bathroom were old and had dark stains on them. the safe also did not have any batteries. walls were thin.

I didn't stay here few times previously due to the average rating, but don't trust the rating. Until I do stay here, it's much better than graded. Almost complete amenities in the room, very clean, very nice shower & toilet. The room is tiny, we all know, but is very livable with enough space for luggage. The bed is comfortable. There's laundry facilities, drinking water in the lobby. What else can you expect in Central hub?

If you stay in mini double, the windows are blurred & no view. Suggest stay in smart double

Friendly staff Great location, next to bars, restaurants, 5 minutes walk from MTR Station, 15 minutes walk from star ferry pier /ferry terminal /Airport express. Very cozy, rooms are small but reception has enough comfortable areas to relax, work,... Rooms have water heater, hairdryer, flat TV.

Bathroom/toilet is separated from the sleeping area by transparent glass. When staying with someone else not much privacy. You need to bring your own amenities, or buy at the vending machine at the lobby.
