The parking lot is big, the location is close to the highway, and there are several restaurants nearby, which makes business travel much more convenient.

I hope the staff is more trained. I have been booking Holiday Inn through Booking.com for years, and I have always received receipts after check-out. However, this time, the front desk told me that the receipt would be generated by Booking.com, they are unable to print the receipt here; which doesn't make any sense because I paid on-site. After I explained to her that it was not possible because I had just checked out from the Holiday Inn Doral Miami and they had given me the receipt – the same as the other Holiday Inn facilities – she printed the receipt for me. So, why not print it for me in the first place?

Modern room with device outlets on both sides of the bed, desk under all mounted TV. Nice refrigerator & more upscale micro than most hotels. Love the sheer & blockout automated window treatments. Wall mounted temp control & coffee maker, hair dryer in room. Comfy bed & nice linens & pillow choices btwn firm & soft & labels as such.

The vanity needs more top storage to lay out toiletries, bath needs for handicap supplies. Toilet need a lid to sit on to change into undergarments etc. aftr showering.

The location was just off the interstate and the room was very clean and updated.

We didn't like the fact that this particular Holiday Inn charges us a damage fee of $300 . When we inquired about it we were told because we lived in the same state as the motel and that once they had college students cause a lot of damage. We stayed at the Holiday inn at Piedmont Georgia (same state mind you) and weren't charged anything like that. My wife and I are in our sixties and always have used Holiday inn for our motel regardless of where we've traveled. This was the first time we were charged like that. We did get it back but we won't be staying at this particular motel again.

The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. They provide Keurig coffee makers with an assortment of pods in the rooms. Their breakfast bar has a lot of options and it is all presented well. The staff is very accomodating and friendly

The shower was a bit small and parking can be tough if you are pulling a trailer but they have use of a gravel area to the side that you can park in

The coffee & breakfast were VERY good. I liked that I could get a banana or apple anytime. Selection was good, and milk was COLD! Eggs & sausage one morning & Hot oatmeal the next morning. Room was quiet, but we had an adjoining door & could hear the guy next door talking in the next room. By bedtime, everything was quiet. Bathroom was clean. Bed very comfortable.

Property was clean. Great location. Bilkis was exceptional at the front desk.

There is a strong smell of sewage the permeates the bathroom. Also when you first come in the air was off so the room didn’t smell fresh. At one point during the night we could also smell a skunk-like smell or something was burning.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They had the best breakfast. The cleanliness was well above my expectations. I would highly recommend this place.

They only thing I didn't understand is we had a room for 4 people but they only put towels and things for 3 people.

I was disappointed with the soundproofing between my room and the next one. There was a connecting door (I guess it was part of a suite). I could hear conversations pretty clearly in the next room. I haven’t experienced this in a Holiday Inn Express before.

Breakfast was great! This was not one of those cold cereal and muffins places. They actually had great food! Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, etc. We were very impressed.

I can't think of anything with this hotel that I did not like.

The location was excellent and close to everything. The facility was very clean and quiet

My room heat didn't work and I didn't like to begin on the first floor parking lot was right and couldn't have the windows open. They are doing renovations so rooms were limited. I would stay again
