Easy to find location on major road. Strong internet. Large room.

It is announced that there is hotel parking. In reality, there is no hotel parking, cars are parked behind the hotel on the street.

The staff is fine. In the evening we eat at the restaurant and the food was good and also more than satifying. The location is very good, something like in the midle between 2 sightseeing points of the city center. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpfull especially if you ask help for in the city where to go what to do etc.

First problematical thing is the smell of the cigarette smoke inside the room. We understand that at the hotel there are also nonsmoking rooms however at limited numbers. We (me+my wife+my father and my 2 children) we have booked 2 rooms. Both of them were smelling cigarette but especially the one which we have been with my wife, even the bed and pillow were smelling too much. Next day after pur request, they changed our pillows and bedsheets, but the room was still under a heavy cigarette smoke... Second problem is that they don't have a secured parking place. In front of the hotel entrance door 6 cars can park, the other ones shall park at the area behind the hotel which is dedicated for hotel guests' parking but there wasn't any security etc, and having a foreign plate numbered SUV car to park at a almost dark place was not so convenient.

Location was great. Rooms were nice.

Staff were ok but not the greatest of help. Get ignored. Reception was ok. Booked two room.. even then didn’t give us glasses or some toiletries.. we had to ask for it.
