Great location as you can walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel a 10 minute drive to Arches entrance. Large rooms with on site laundry and bike storage. Appreciate the water filling stations, super quiet with comfy beds A/C and an extra sink/vanity in the room along with a small fridge and complimentary water. The nicest staff work here from front desk to the breakfast. Truly, my husband and I just completed a 4 week road trip and this is the friendliest most helpful staff we encountered. Just top notch service. You would think you were checking into a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Moab, which makes going out and exploring the town very easy. As with any place in central Moab, it is also just a short drive away from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, which smoothes out the whole experience. The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms were big, albeit perhaps needing a bit of a refresh. The hot tub also caught our eye, but we were not able to use it due to time constraints. Breakfast is good with a variety of options. Parking is right next to the hotel (and is free!), and has some electric car (Tesla) chargers.

Aside from the slightly old room decor, perhaps the only thing that could be better is having a larger selection of healthy breakfast options, although the breakfast as it is now is above the average American hotel standard.

The breakfast staff were amazing (especially considering the chaos our toddler brought on), we loved the pool and hot tub (kids allowed!), and the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. We also loved the upstairs balcony.

The cold lighting in the room made it feel very clinical. You can get LED lightbulbs with warmer temperature so it doesn't feel like sleeping in a hospital.

In the center of Moab, spacious, comfortable, decorated and lighted room, pool+jacuzzi with towels provided, self laundry services (a big plus while on the road for a long tour), free coffee machine, 2 sinks at the bathroom, helpful staff

Breakfast could be better (changing variety of food, addition of vegetables, fruits other than melon, real cutlery), provision of 2 small bottles of water for 4 guests in the first day only

Excellent place to stay with kids! We loved the breakfast, good sized rooms, and especially the heated pool and huge hot tub. Super nice staff at breakfast. We ate out on the lovely terrace overlooking the red rocks. Can’t beat the location— literally in the center of all the shops and restaurants. So fun to walk around in the evening after hiking around the parks during the day.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Moab = Best Western Canyonlands room 209 2 queen beds - for a wedding - our first time in Moab, his first in Utah! we absolutely loved our stay - the staff was great - especially loved the little 24 hour snack bar by the entrance! Unfortunately we were only in town for 2 nights but both days dined at Glorias! Im craving that Bistro burger, spinach dip and the Cinnamon french toast. In the short stay and several events we had to attend we were able to shop right by the hotel, and SCORED! truly loved every moment! a couple other spots that we were able to hit and had so much fun: Woody's Zaks Food truck park Paninis Miss gelato Meditarranean Truck

The room was excellent. Very clean. Two sinks, magnification mirror, safe, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, keurig style coffee pot, room came to temperature quickly, excellent lighting, lounge chair and couch, desk, extra room for suitcases, and of course the standard amenities. Breakfast was excellent, large selection, and the guys in charge were friendly, helpful and kept everything stocked. Best breakfast we've had at a hotel. Room service every day, so appreciated.

Beds could have been a touch softer, but that is just our preference. Street traffic was a touch loud.

Great location in the center of town. A good variety of breakfast foods were available. The coffee was good. The beds were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I wish the light for the sink outside the bathroom was not motion sensitive. When one of us used the bathroom at night the light would turn on disturbing the others sleep. Don't need lights turned on automatically especially at night.

It was a Very nice hotel. It was Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, and Upscale. I was there 2 times in the same week going to and coming from a destination as a place to stop on my way. I am very happy that I booked this place. My daughter loved the pool. The staff seemed to be always cleaning something when they were not helping guests. A bonus was no carpet in the hotel rooms, It was the first time I have experienced it. I have to say, I am a big fan of no carpet. You never know how dirty carpet is, I could see how clean these floors were. The breakfast was great. The staff was happy and conversational, and was there helping guests as they got their food.

The first room we were in was on the first floor at the end of the hallway by the exit door. That was a busy door. It seem like there was always someone going in and out and it banged closed every time. Kind of a bad thing when you are sleeping and trying to keep a 3yr old asleep in a strange place.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. It was a perfect way to start each day. The hotel's location is also a big plus—there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to find a good meal any time of day. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.
