My maids name was Joevy she was friendly and whatever me and my son needed she was able to accommodate us. We were on the 3rd floor of this Hotel in Dubois PA. Her kindness and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. Maybe putting in a vending machine with various snacks and beverages in this particular facility I would like but all in all everything was fine with staff, and especially location.

The fitness center was a little dated and flooring near the mirrors was coming up almost tripped and I was lucky to brace myself because there was not alot of room I could have fallen into glass mirrors. This should be taken care of immediately at this Dubois PA facility. Pool and hot tub were fine.

The room was very nice. The bed was a true queen and very comfortable. The bedding was also soft and seemed like good quality.

The front desk guy seemed not to know what to do when we came to check -in at 11 pm. Once I said I was there to check-in he seemed to kick into gear, he recited the script without any emotion or warmth but hey, he got the job done.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty, just what we needed before getting back on the road.

When we got there, they only had a reservation for one room. It was quickly remedied, and we got our 2nd room right next each other. I found it interesting that we were not charged the same rate for two identical rooms.

We stayed here many times over the years. It seemed like the rooms were recently upgraded. Comfortable bed, clean room. Very friendly reception. We we allowed to check in a few minutes early, which was much appreciated. Great customer service.

Breakfast area was under renovation, so the traditional breakfast was not available. Price seemed higher than normal. PSU football weekend?

The location to I80 was great. The staff was friendly, facilities were clean, room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine.

The hot tub was not hot.

The room was very spacious, we had the queen with 2 queen beds. They were very comfortable. The room was very clean. Plenty of towels and amenities in the room, including coffee maker, tea etc. Breakfast was much more than expected. We stayed 2 nights and breakfast was plentiful and a variety.

Beyond your control, the person upstairs was a little heavy footed. My only thing that came to mind.

Needed some minor repairs. Lights in Beth blinked, tub faucet was on backwards. But nothing major.

The property was clean. The room was spacious and the bed was so very comfortable. I wanted to take it with me!!😂
