I loved the fact that coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available all day, not just at breakfast. When checking in we were greeted by an extremely friendly staff member who offered us bottled water and a snack. When checking out, the staff was also extremely friendly which speaks volumes to us about where we stay.

Breakfast seating could have been better. There was not enough seating for those that are early risers and show up for breakfast at 6:30 in the morning. I didn't like how small our bathroom was, very claustrophobic. We were in room 219 so maybe because of the elevator it is so small but I will make sure when making reservations in the future to request not to be in this room.

The breakfast is a cut above the average breakfast at other similar competing hotels. The scrambled eggs/omelets were my favorite. The location is quiet and away from the major highway. I left some clothing in my room after check-out and the staff went out of their way to contact me and arrange a pick-up. I very much appreciated the extra effort on my behalf.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We stay here for the AMAZING BREAKFAST!!! Plus, the price is reasonable. But mostly the breakfast. 💕

The staff does not keep up with the breakfast. 🙄 People keep having to remind someone when it's empty. They are busy at the check-in desk laughing and having a good time. Plus, they are continually right outside the entrance smoking. As a non-smoker, I really hate this. Why should I have to hold my breath to go in and out of the building? 😡 The room cleaning people are very nice, but the front desk people need a pr course.

Front desk staff (Kayla) was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety.

The room has a stale odor - we freshened it up with room freshener spray. And the breakfast dining area was small and cramped.

The bed was hard as a rock. Noisy hallway, doors slamming, could hear people talking. Thos location was another brand name then ihg bought the building. It's older and needs updates. The new holiday inn express buildings are beautiful and preferable.

Breakfast was good. A nice variety from which to choose. Easily located in the motel lounge. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all the time in the lounge.

The walls seemed thin and noise from outside the room was noticeable.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating as many people arrived around the same time after traveling in extremely bad weather. The pool temp was good and it was very clean.

Had a full breakfast each morning, eggs, bacon, bisquits and gravy, sausage, fresh baked cinnamon rolls.

I liked everything, expecially the Manager Anna.

We were on the third floor and the mountain view was beautiful. The breakfast was top notch. The staff was great and very accommodating.

The room was ready upon arrival. It was clean and all the services were working and available. Room was large and well furnished
