The facility was very clean and well kept. The employees we ran into were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good, and the hotel was in a great location, surrounded by many good places to get a meal. The woman who was working the front desk when we were off to eat dinner gave us two wonderful recommendations, and we enjoyed both of them very much so. We had a great stay!

I thought the coffee could have had more flavor to it. However, it was not so bad that we could not drink it. It was definitely not a deal breaker regarding staying there again.

The staff was fantastic! The front desk clerk when I arrived verified that my room was set up for me to access it easily, and even took my bags to my room while I parked the vehicle. Then the front desk clerk 2 days later willing made me a reservation for another property in Stafford, VA & even found that I had a rewards account. Then the day of check out the housekeeper took my bags to my vehicle. I was so thankful to have such fantastic people there to assist me with everything I needed. It was awesome.

Main complaint was the shower curtain. I had a horrible time dealing with it. It would not stay on the ends of the curtain rod while I was trying to shower. It kept sliding back towards the middle. So while trying to exit the shower my leg would get twisted in it. Also, the sink drained kind of slowly.

The rooms were big and clean. Staff friendly. We were only that for a night. Have stayed at another hotel previously down the road and I must say the Best Western was a nicer place to stay in St Mary’s than that other hotel that is maybe a block away

Parking was limited but I believe that is due to some construction going on nearby with workers staying here.

Great location, close to restaurants and stores. Also very close distance to softball field which was main purpose of our stay. Very clean on the inside. And shower came with all essentialsz

Pool was broken, not made aware of that prior to our stay.

Staff was friendly and courteous, Room was clean and spacious. Housekeepers did a good job and responded quickly to our requests. We stayed here for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfasts were very good.

It was a great location, only a short drive to the elk viewing center where we seen plenty of elk. The breakfast had lots of choices and was very good.

The only problem was the fridge in the room was a little loud when it was running.

Our sheer curtains in the window were ripped in various places. For $170 a night, I feel it was really disappointing that no one , in the staff, cared enough to put up new ones

Breakfast was great. Appreciated that it included dairy. And fresh fruit. Even gluten free cereal option for my husband. Good coffee

A pool is in the amenities but has been open since 2019. Take it off there.
