Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Dove products were great. Morning front desk and breakfast server were phenomenal...absolute joy! I travel a lot on these routes and this is gping to be my new stopover lodge going forward!

The girl that checked me in at night was rude and unprofessional. She acted as if I have inconvenienced her..she was very curt in her responses and didn't provide any information about breakfast etc. She gave me a room on the ground floor and when I asked if she can move me to an upper level, she said we don't have any other room in that booking range. I requested again if she could check, as Booking.com mentioned 2 rooms and she said oh yes we have one....all this time she was annoyed and unpleasant, made me feel uncomfortable. The rest of the staff like the server for breakfast and the 2 morning front desk girls were absolutely amazing and exceptional in their friendliness and warmth... Thank you, Humera

Good hotel for the amount paid. Comparable to another chain hotel that is just next door and also up the road. Good hot breakfast each morning that had a different offering instead of the same thing daily.

Had trouble with the room keys. Stayed three days and each of the two times I came back from work, my hotel keys did not work. Didn't know if the keys were only programmed for one day at a time. Front desk staff did indicate that they are magnetized cards and not to get them close to any electronics otherwise they would de-magnetize. This was just a very minor issue and did not effect my review score.

The breakfast was sufficient and the items were well stocked. The location was very good and easy to get to. It was actually better than I expected. I would probably stay there again if I plan to spend time at that location.

The carpeting was kind of dingy but it was clean. The windows needed a good cleaning! The beds were very comfortable. The room was a little on the small side with the sink being outside of the bathroom but everything was very clean.

I like that they upgraded me to a suite because the room they gave us already had someone in the room. They were renovating the whole place so looks like it will be even nicer. They had water bottles in the workout room which was nice. We travel from new jersey to Ohio and we always stay at a hotel in clearfeild area and this was the first time we stayed here and will definitely be back in January. The breakfast good and the guy working the breakfast was super nice .

The breakfast area was very clean and well-attended. It contained a nice selection of items, including warm, iced sticky bun that were replenished as quickly as they were eaten. This beats the usual selection of breakfast treats that appear at most motel breakfasts.

Floor of the shower in the bathroom seemed slippery for older people. We are 84 years old and afraid of falling.

In town for our youngest son’s funeral. After a litany of travel delays we made it to town with barely enough time to do a quick refresh and clothes change to get to the wake on time. Your staff went above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure we could check in early to one of the 2 rooms we had reserved. We will be forever grateful for their kindness.

Although this was just off I 80, I didn’t hear traffic noise. They are renovating the hotel as others have said. I was there over the weekend so there was no noise from construction. My room was clean with a comfortable bed, nice towels and two chairs. The breakfast was mostly prepackaged foods with scrambled eggs, bacon & hash browns. Fresh fruit was included. The staff was friendly and professional. I felt very safe staying there by myself.

Our room was absolutely spotless, the shower was so clean! The beds were super comfortable. The staff members were polite and welcoming. The breakfast was great, the gentleman serving the breakfast was on top of his duties, refilling things, wiping tables down and was friendly and attendant.

The only minor thing I could say is the elevator didn’t feel as clean as the rest of building, it could be the lighting inside the elevator or the age too, and the amount of traffic the elevator gets.

Cleanliness

The basketball team that was screaming and yelling and running up and down the halls until after midnight. They were screaming and yelling trying to intimidate us in the parking lot. They were cussing and saying the N word. The front desk was called and they said they were trying to settle them down but it didn’t work.

The cleanliness was exceptional. Every area from the showers and sinks to the breakfast area was immaculate. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the gentleman on staff was continually cleaning and restocking.

They raised their prices significantly, I mean significantly, because it was Groundhog Day weekend. I thought the huge inflation of the prices was crass.
