Nice condo, quiet, warm. The maintenance and custodial staffs are always cordial and prompt in dealing with our concerns. Kudos to both staffs.

The new check-in procedure is a bit unorthodox. The TV in the living room didn't work and an unwelcomed mouse in the kitchen who loved bananas!

townhouse was great for our trip, kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware

check in and finding the townhouse was a struggle even with the provided map, gated community had entrances that aren't accessible to short term rentals, GPS routes to entrance that couldn't be used,

location was great. need some new moderuodates but it was clean needs some outside cleaning and painting. bed were uncomfortable and old. and some of the appliances were dirty looking and carpet was stain pretty bad down stairs..

After reading some of the previous reviews I was pretty nervous about what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, some things could use a little updating but the appliances were newer. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at the Townhouse instead of going out to eat. The website says there are laundry facilities but we never found it and when we asked some of the staff they said they never heard of any laundry facilities? 🤔 All in all, reasonable rates for a week stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Location, price, updated townhouse, and deck. The property was very clean inside. Issue with the original unit was taken care of.

The unit we were originally booked in was a dump but after calling customer service we were given another unit. As I told the multiple representatives I spoke to I’m not paying over $100/night to stay somewhere that I could go to somewhere else for half the price and have a nicer room. Towels need replaced. Outside deck furniture needs cleaned or replaced.

There were a lot of amenities that we were not able to take advantage of because of time constraints, however the resort was in a very pleasant setting. The lake was beautiful. The rooms were a little older, but clean. the staff were very helpful and accomadating. I would use this property again.

Some of the fixtures and matresses could use some updating. Everything worked ok, just a little dated.

nice location plenty of things to do not far from town if you need to run out quick wildlife aplenty

we booked 2 rooms under same name and they didn’t put us side by side also appliances and furniture could use an update

We arrived a little late for check in, and the office staff had left without leaving our documentation. After calling the front desk and waiting an hour we got into our rooms. For our inconvenience we were comp a night's stay. VERY UNEXPECTED!
