Glad I chose to stay there, I haven't had much luck with this chain. This is close to parents home, so it was convenient. Bed was comfortable and pillows were perfect. Room was clean, refrigerator was ice cold and microwave worked good too. BEST shower out of anywhere I've ever stayed- water pressure was amazing! Staff was very accommodating considering our late arrival the first night, then forgetting the key the next and returning at 1am and requesting new key. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing at all, it was all great. Nothing fancy, but that is what works for my family.

I had a little trouble with this establishment at first but then I was put in contact with the general manager and we worked everything out I would recommend this establishment to anybody so my prior review is obsolete please understand that the general manager at this establishment went out of his way to make sure that I had a wonderful stay and that it got moved up not just once but twice without any extra cost thank you Mr Patel we should cataract for me throughout

Very clean and comfortable! The employees were really friendly and accommodating to every aspect of our stay!

I had searched all over for a room specifically with a private jacuzzi included in the room. I didn’t mind paying extra for the jacuzzi suite, so I booked with Super 8. I was contacted shortly before arrival that the jacuzzi was broken in the room but before I could even respond, Jay, the manager was busy making the next best accommodations available. So while we didn’t get our jacuzzi suite (it wasn’t their fault at all), Jay went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied.

The breakfast was delicious. We arrived Late, so the fruit was somewhat diminished. The selection of serials was excellent, and a very helpful attendant refilled the waffle batter dispenser so that even though we were late, my husband could get his waffle.

It would have been nice if there had been more seating arrangements in the dining area. So much space is taken up with the gambling machines, that there were limited tables when we arrived.

Suzy and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. They were always cheerful and ready to help. The close proximity to restaurants, gas stations, and the interstate exceeded our expectations. The desk was staffed all the time and promptly answered any questions we had. Breakfast was very good.

I was a little surprised that there wasn't an elevator, but Suzy carried our luggage in and out for us, so not a problem.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially Susie an amazing amazing front desk sure enjoyed the extra that she goes above and beyond to do one amazing lady you're very fortunate to have her working for you as well as the evening manager that was there for us he also was very very nice I cannot remember his name though

Room was clean! The staff member who checked us in was very nice. Room met our expectations.

Breakfast was biggest upset. Only had a Waffle maker, pack of donuts, toast, apple juice, and some bad looking apples. No protein, not hot food, no fresher fruits or yogurt. King bed only had 2 pillows.

Jeremy at the front desk was extremely pleasant and very helpful many times. Gave me great dinner suggestion, and great conversation!

I would prefer they do away with the carpet and go hardwood or tule.

We just made a quick late night stop. Reservations were made on app and check in was easy. Room was clean with everything we needed. Bathroom was clean. AC was cold.

Breakfast could have been better, but was fine. If you want a better breakfast, there is a restaurant directly across the road.

From the moment we walked through to reception Jarrod and Suzy were so friendly and welcoming,the rooms were very comfortable and clean,and really that’s what we needed,breakfast was good,and I highly recommend it

The pillows were not comfortable but there were few on the bed so I eventually found one that was not bad
