Dilip in the front office was fabulous, he really saved the day for us and was so welcoming, helpful & accommodating ~ Thank you (again), Dilip!!

Location was close to main road around a lot of bars and resturants. Close to Penn State campus. Stayed here for Groundhogs Day about a 35 minute drive and 1/4 of the price.

Rooms were extremly dated and not well kept. Drafty under the door and you could hear everything going on throughout the night. Only 2 pillows and sheets and towels were old. We smelt cigarette smoke the entire stay even though we were not in a smoking room . It was so strong that it woke me in the middle of the night. Nice to have the refrigerator.

The bed felt like you were sleeping on the floor. It was so hard! I got 0 sleep

I booked a single non smoking room on booking.com for $80. When I pulled in the place looked very rundown, but it was cheap and close to where I needed to be, so I delt with it. When I got into the office the receptionist told me there was no single non smoking rooms but she could put me in a different room for a fee. I said no. She said she would see if she could do anything. After waiting I told her I'd take a smoking room for 80 of she had it. She said ahe had 1 left ( there wasn't more than 5 cars in the whole lot the whole time I stayed). When I got up to the room is was dirty, dirty ripped up carpet, dirty bathroom with blue liquid soap spilled all through it and the bath mat was disgusting and there was no toilet paper, which I had to request more, the receptionist was not happy I asked. The bedding had lots of stains and burn marks and the mattress had holes, and was very very hard and uncomfortable but...no bed bug bites! That's a positive! The carpets were very dirty and looked like a dog ripped it up by the door. And the tiny fridge was dirty and had a sligh smell. Overall I would just pay the extra 30-50 dollars a night and stay somewhere else next time I'm in town.

the motels rate was less then what Booking .com gave me. the man at the lobby charged my credit card the rate that was normal for anyone who came in without going thru the internet. He than after checking my reservation told me i needed to pay another 25,00 dollars. i believe this was the fault of Booking .com

Nothing other than the location.

The room was very small, had a bad smell, there was a whole in the wall in the bathroom, had live electrical wires with just wire nuts the floor could have been vacuumed. I would not recommend this to anyone definitely not a place I will ever stay again.

No breakfast was provided.

Way too small & outdated. I’ve spent time in many motels compared to those this Motel was maybe worth $20.

The price

Rats crawling around in the walls or ceiling and the place smelled of urine I stayed in room 140. Neighborhood was sketch. Place is falling apart it was clean though.

We left after the resident in next room came out screaming at us and threatening us. No refund was offered.place was in need of fixing up,not really dirty
