This hotel was perfect for our quick overnight visit before Penn State's admitted students day. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was really delicious! (Coffee was fresh ground for each cup, even, which I appreciated!) Aaron was lovely upon our arrival and offered all kinds of tips for making the visit easier and getting around faster. Great place! Every hotel in the area had hiked up their prices because it was such a busy weekend--this one was high but not as bad as the others, and great quality.

The room was very spacious for a family of two with two queen beds. The bathroom had nice amenities, and the front desk easily made up for any that were missing. The breakfast was delicious and hot.

One of the trash cans in the room was not emptied when I arrived. It was still filled with the prior morning's leftover breakfast. I assume that this was a slight mistake by housekeeping, but otherwise, there were no serious issues.

Facilities and room were clean, looked new and beds were comfortable. Quite nice accommodations, not fancy but nice

Breakfast was very industrial and artificial. I would go out for breakfast if I stayed there again. I often wonder why these motels even try to serve breakfast. I suppose some people like it but I would prefer if there were an actual restaurant on the premises. I’d rather pay for real, freshly prepared food.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with my key card and a maintenance person happened by and offered his help. It ended up that I had the card in the same pocket as my phone and I had received texts and apparently that wiped the card. He went downstairs, got me a new card, and made sure it worked before he left. That kind of service is not common in today's world.

Nice breakfast food was warm, many varieties to choose from. Loved the coffee machine. Our refrigerator was not working. I informed the front desk. Almost immediately a maintenance man came to the door. Nice young man, checked it out and replaced it within 5 minutes. Excellent service

Everything was great

I loved everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast offering was great with eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, a wide selection of pastries and bagels, and a pancake machine.

The hotel was clean. The soap/lotion/shampok in the bathroom was all Dove brand.

The air conditioning in the room was set to 64 degrees when we arrived and it was freezing. Took a while to get to a normal temperature

Layout, breakfast spread, courteous staff, proactive housekeeping, retail outlets close by, airport not far, great Costa coffee - freshly ground and brewed!

They was so nice the breakfast was good the beds was so comfortable. And the room was so clean and very very nice and I was able to pick the 1st floor to be on .
