Everything was clean and well organized. Loved that amenity hours were on the key card holder and directions for where the sofa bed bedding was stored was on a card when you opened it. These things were explained when we checked in, but I didn't have to rely on my questionable memory. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. There were plenty of USB plugs, which is not always the case. Also, I left something in the room and less than an hour after we checked out they called to let me know they had found it. This was not my first time leaving something in a hotel room, but it is the first time I've gotten a call about.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. My family discussed it and concluded it was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had.

It was clean. The grounds were well manicured and maintained. It was close to our destination. There are restaurants nearby and close to downtown without being in the middle of town. It was quiet. I liked that there were written expectations to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere posted upon entering. The staff were very polite, friendly, and willing to help.

The mattress should have mattress protectors on. The tub is deep so having a grip bar to hold onto getting in and out would be helpful. Otherwise, this hotel is one of the best I have ever been to.

Convenient to campus and the football stadium. Friendly staff. They gave a cute clear crossbody bag filled with candies for the stadium. Room was bigger than we expected… there was a couch with a coffee table and a big desk. Bed was comfortable

It just was very overpriced bc we were there for a game. Obviously the hotels all mark their prices up exponentially on game weekends, but it felt downright abusive to pay $1400 for two nights. The lobby had a weird cinnamon cleaning product smell but luckily the room was fine. The coffee cups were ridiculously tiny… maybe 5 oz. Would have been nice to have bigger cups

The staff were very welcoming and always made an effort to greet us! There was always a staff cleaning and making sure the facility looked spotless. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property to anyone who visits. The breakfast was good, good variety of cereals, yogurt, and drinks.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the size of the pool. Way too small

Staff were friendly. It seemed like the hotel had just been updated. Everything seemed clean. Even though the breakfast choices were minimal, everything was fresh and very good. Parking was excellent. The lemon water that they had at the front was very good.

I booked an ADA room because it said there was a shower (expecting/hoping for a shower not a tub). However, the room had a very high tub that was ADA. It wasn't a deal breaker but was a little disappointing. Also, the room seemed like it had not been used because it had a musty type of smell to it.

You could charge the room to the card on file when we booked. I used my company credit card and forgot to bring it. Now I have to get reimbursed. The two other hotels we used were able to use the card on file. This seems like an easy fix.

Comfortable and convenient hotel while my daughter had knee surgery and recovered at the hotel before returning to her apartment! The staffs are incredible! They helped me with ice bags my daughter need to ice her knee and are so friendly and kind

The staff here could not be friendlier - really exceptional! Room was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the area very clean. Great location to Penn State campus (discount given to parents/grandparents of a Penn State STUDENT!)

Nothing I can think of. Housekeeping was doing great. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, but it would have been better if there are more varieties.

I’ve liked the hotel very much. It is truly designed to make your stay comfortable. Location, nice breakfast, a gym that covered all my needs, a covered pool which I haven’t used but looked very tempting. The staff was really kind and efficient. I fully recommend
