Staff was outstanding. The breakfast staff was helpful and they deserve special appreciation. They do everything to keep clients happy and satisfied. The hotel is clean and organized with all they coffee and cookies

Didnt like the heating system. The temp.was not consistent in our room. I woke up several times and feeling cold during the night. I also experienced varying temp. inthe shower. I suspect that was due to other guests using the shower at the same time I was showering. This may not be a big deal for everybody, i noticed this issue but may forgive the Hotel based on cost.

Good selection at breakfast. Coffee was good and there were non lactose milk options. Beds were comfortable and the washroom was clean

The windows need to be cleaned. They only open marginally, feels less than the 4 inches they could lift if allowed. Room 211 has a purplish flood light affixed to the roof outside of the window. It is meant to uplightthe hotel at night. A clip was needed to hold the blackout blinds together so the room didn't get flooded with the glow when we went to sleep.

The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning wasn't crazy loud and bed was comfortable. Breakfast and the variety was great. Best options I've had so far. Free fresh Otis spunkmeyer cookies were a great bonus!

The bathroom was very cramped feeling. Two people don't fit in there at same time. Toilet is right in front of door. The whirlpool or AC unless it was something else gave off a musty smell that would linger in room. Lighting in room was ok but you have to turn all the lamps on.

STOP! LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is such an amazing place. if they have rooms avaliable - BOOK THEM!!! I've never been in the area so I chose due to the price (very reasonable). when I walked in I was greeted by fresh cookies and Kajia signed us in & told us of some great little spots. Got to our very clean, very comfortable room & settled in. We went hiking & when we returned Brynn listened to our adventures so kindly. Then we hit the pool & hot tub - so refreshing. But morning was our best surprise. THE BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST IVE EVER HAD!!!! You name it & they had it & it was all so good. The manager Alyssa & I think it was Diana were so nice when we checked out. Although we chose this place due to the price, I have to say that I've stayed at places 2-3 times more expensive and didn't have as good service, or as comfortable of a room and definitely have never had such an amazing breakfast!!! we will definitely be back!!!

Well, it’s not about the property, but one of your staff. She worked at the front desk in the morning . Asked her a question and it seemed like we were bothering her. She was just sitting there. Asked her a question about a gadget on the wall by the TV. She asked me room number which I gave her and her response was, I don’t know what you are talking about. I said you don’t? That is when she asked the manager that I spoke with the day before and he answered our question. Everyone that worked at this property was very friendly except this one woman. Sorry I didn’t get her name.

We were headed home to Ohio after checking out of the hotel and got into a car accident. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience! But because the hotel was so close to the accident location, the police took us back to make arrangements to get a rental car and go home. We were camped out in the hotel lobby for hours while I connected with my insurance company for the claim. EVERYONE on staff was so kind. Hours later, they allowed us to catch the complimentary shuttle to the airport where we picked up our rental car to drive home. Outside of the hotel being neat, clean, and comfortable, the staff are A+!

Our sink had a slow drain. We called the front desk, and the maintenance man came up, fixed it up, no more problems. He was awesome! The pull-out couch is a typical pull-out, not much cushion, but it was clean.

The room's size, cleanliness, and comfort far exceeded my expectations. This was one of the first times, maybe even the first time, that my family of 5 could stay absolutely comfortably in a shared space (we usually rent an AirBnB or VRBO). The bathroom was spacious, comfortable, and had that anti-fog mirror that even many nicer hotels lack. I will most definitely stay here again when I'm in town. Oh, yeah, and the pool was nice, clean, and spacious enough for a hotel.

Nothing. Best hotel experience I've had with my family. As above we usually stay in a rented house, but this was a shorter stay so we went with the hotel. We could have comfortably lived there for a week.

The hotel is clean, smells lovely, and the room we had was perfect for a large family. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were also given some grace on checkout time because our family was attending a nearby conference that ended right at the checkout time. They were very accommodating of this.

It's not a big deal, but there was construction happening to address a water damage issue in the front lobby, and this caused some little flies to be attracted. Stuff happens! But in case this matters to those visiting soon, wanted to give an explanation.

It was helpful that there was breakfast, as aside of a Pizza place, there aren't a lot of breakfast options within walking distance. The breakfast was reasonable, very carb heavy, but there were hard boiled eggs and eggs patties, which, I was told, was made of real egg, and not egg powder. Some fresh fruit - apples and bananas -was available, and acceptable coffee. There should be more healthy options as not everyone likes muffins, waffles, toasts, cereals for breakfast. The rooms and bathroom appeared to be very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

There isn't a lot of light in the room, a problem I find in many hotels in the US. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable and the area is very quiet. Perfect for our needs for a one night stay. It feels a little remote, but I am told that downtown is just 1.5 miles away. Hotel is situated on a highway, so not much ability to walk around the property.

The location was perfect. We needed to just spend one night after visiting family. It was a quick walk to Happy Valley Brewing, which was phenomenal. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were so small! We didn't eat breakfast there, but they had a great selection of breakfast foods and beverages. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

I wish the pillows were bigger for a king-size bed. And there was no heavy blanket, although we didn't actually need one. I've just always encountered a heavy blanket available in the room, like in the closet. I'm sure if we inquired, the staff would have been more than happy to respond.
