Nicely located in the middle of downtown, convenient to shops and restaurants. Nicely appointed room with comfortable bed! The mini kitchen was a bonus, but we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of it.

The sliding shower doors just kept sliding open during our showers--maybe a simple fix could solve the problem? Their breakfast was not offered because staff didn't show up--was disappointed, but we stopped by Irving's Bagels a few blocks away to grab a bite.

Loved how spacious the room was, and having the kitchen was great! The room and common areas of the hotel were very clean. We also loved the location.

We didn’t love having to park in a parking garage but it wouldn’t stop us from going back.

The location was good. The room was clean.

The staff was kind of rude. I was waiting to check in there was no one at the desk but a woman on the phone in the office. She continued her call for about 5-10 minutes before addressing me at all. I was in her line of site she definitely saw me. Also, the rooms have multi use hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I worry about how long that has been there and how sanitary it is. It seem like an infection control problem.

Loud group in room next to us, all night long!!! Was not taking care of until 3:30am. No compensation when talking to front desk at check out. Was i shouldve came down to complain at 3:30am. Lol.

Location was excellent. Room and e-key were great.

Digital Key check in was cool, but having to use a key to turn on the room lights totally nullifies the seemless check in. Also, confusion over parking pass issue.

Convenient, room size, shower.

We have stayed there twice in the same room. First time, kitchen area was dirty. This time cleaner. But no toilet paper and the roll on bar was almost empty but folded in a triangle…thought that was funny. The additional bedding in cabinet appears to have been used and just stuffed back in storage bag. Tissues in tissue box appear to be taken from another and stuffed individually into box…weird. Just some housekeeping issues that could be improved on.

We came here for our daughter's college graduation. The employees were very understanding and great with requests. The hotel is located downtown, the rooms and hotel were clean. You could walk downtown and also there is a parking garage across the street that they give you a parking pass.

The location is close to campus. The room was well designed and comfortable.

I wish it had been made clearer on the website that parking was not included. Although it was worth $12, clarity would have been appreciated. There is temporary parking for check in but it is limited.

After 2 people, the room gets very crowded. Slider bathroom door takes a workout to open and close.

Communication regarding housekeeping could’ve been better. It’s only upon request and I had called down requesting housekeeping, and they never made it to our room. At least we received fresh towels from the front desk.
