I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn and had a generally positive experience. The room was cozy and very clean, which is always my top priority. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I felt the rate was well worth it and would definitely stay again.

That said, the refrigerator in the room was extremely loud, I had to unplug it during the night because it kept waking me up. The air conditioner was also quite noisy and disruptive. I would also suggest adding Smart TV capability so guests can log into their own streaming accounts, as the TV guide wasn’t working and channel surfing became a bit frustrating. Overall, though, a clean, comfortable stay!

This hotel was exceptionally clean, the grounds. Lobby, hallway, and room. Modern updated. We stayed in a queen room. It was cozy and comfortable. Great location. Staff at check-in and check out and housekeeping were very pleasant. Highy recommended Sleep Inn at State College PA.

The toilet ran every 1/2 hr throughout the night. We did let the staff know at check out, and she made a note of it and apologized. We could hear the neighboring room use of the shower/sink/flushing. We did not let it bother us. I still highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was really nice from checking in to checking out. We got in late, later than we expected by hours, and it wasn't a problem at all. Check in was quick and easy. The lady was nice and helpful. I thought breakfast went to 10:30am and got down to breakfast at 10am and even though it ended at 10am I found out the ladies working were very helpful and accommodating and I really appreciated them going out of their way. We were able to get breakfast.The shower was really nice. Room warmed up quickly and my son was really cold when we arrived. Everything was clean and as described.

The facilities are working but are a bit outdated - the fridge in the room was working very loud and loudly vibrating (I was waking up because of that from time to time). Also the fan in the bathroom was really loud when on. Breakfast is ok, but has limited options - for longer stay, I'd like to see more variety

Every employee we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just right, attendant was always checking on everyone. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Only suggestion is bigger brighter signage for finding entrance since hotel sits back off of highway, signage is congested in that area so it was hard to see especially at night.

I was very impressed. I tend to stay at Marriott Hotels, but the price for my stay was such a deal that I decided to give Sleep Inn a shot. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. Extremely clean, turn down service daily, extremely friendly staff that did not hesitate to help at a moments notice. The only thing I wish they had was a "Market" to buy snacks. If they did, I missed it. Other than that, I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone visiting State College.

At booking, we asked for an early arrival. We arrived at 10AM. There weren't any rooms available and were asked to return in 1-1.5 hours and that our name would be prioritized. We were able to visit within the town and returned about 1.5 hours later and our room was ready. Both hot and cold breakfast bar was offered. Fruit and infused water offered to take at your leisure. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean.

The girl working the breakfast area 7/19 could have done a better job showing another family how to use the waffle maker. They seemed confused and she was worried about arranging muffins or going in the back for something. Another guest was trying to get water from the empty pitcher and she commented “well someone unscrewed this” and the guest said “I did to try to get water…can you just refill this?” And she did. But I felt like she was good at stocking stuff but not interested in helping or explaining. She said “juice is over on the other side”. Well the juice was in a completely separate room…how were they supposed to find that??! She was friendly but had her own agenda of tasks.

The property is clean, well kept, and exceptionally decorated and designed. We appreciated the color scheme, the furniture, and variety of art around the property. The room was simple but perfect for our trip. We loved the shower and water pressure (which has been a frustrating issue with other hotels we’ve visited on other trips)!

Excellent breakfast which we throughly enjoyed. Numerous items to select from benefiting everyones pallet. If an item was out, the staff promptly brought you the item needed and refilled the space for other patrons.

Overall, there were no issues with our stay. Great customer service from check in to check out. Staff was thoroughly versed on places and best times to visit.
