There wasn't anything we didn't enjoy with our stay here. So clean and well kept. Staff was nice, especially the young lady handling the breakfast area. She was extremely helpful, always busy and making sure the guests needs were met. Thank You.

I did NOT like the fact that this hotel shows a double charge for check in on my bank account. I did not have problems with my account, because I didn't really need to use my debit card, however it may have caused a problem should I have needed to make a large purchase and my balance showed over $300 extra dollars being withdrawn. Now it was corrected after check out, but again, it could have potentially caused us a problem.

We have stay at this hotel many times and in the past breakfast was not that great. This stay however was pretty good:-) One thing I'd like to suggest. Put better lids over your hot plates. We found it very difficult to lift the lids from hot server.

For some reason this room on the first floor seemed smaller and a little outdated, then the others we stayed in, and some things need replacing. The towel rack over the toilet had rust on the bottom of the rack. The TV bureau looked warped. Added reachable outlets would be nice too. Brighter lights in the doorway. Also. We could hear the people next store and their shower. Perhaps some sound proofing?

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! Definitely perfect for taking pets with you if you are looking for a pet friendly location. The area to walk dogs is a little small. However, overall I felt safe and comfortable!

Nice room. Everything was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Busy weekend for graduation and was able to early check in which helped tremendously due to distance to school. Good parking and there were stores/restaurants close by.

I did not like the fact that when i needed to make change to my reservations I had to contacted booking.com and was not provided with an 800 number to call and I was charged an international phone charge.by my phone service. The first time I called the changes were made to my reservation but my rooms were changed from non smoking to smoking. By the time I noticed the change the hotel no longer had non smoking rooms left but the hotel was able to change the our rooms for us.

The breakfast was great - a wide range of both hot and cold items to keep you fueled on your travels. I especially loved the coffee machine and was a able to have an actual latte instead of the usual coffee and creamer set up in big chain hotels. Overall 10/10 for breakfast!

The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. The hotel and room was clean. The water pressure was absolutely AMAZING. And the breakfast was the best I've seen. There were so many options to eat. And didn't even get me started on the coffee station 🥰

This hotel is clean, friendly and safe for families. The breakfast is amazing! The water pressure in the shower is divine!

There is no fan in the bathroom and it gets very hot and steamy while showing

Staff was excellent went out of her way to make my wife who is handicapped comfortable

Every hotel thinks that you have to make eggs with cheese on it you could have some that do not have cheese on it that would be easy

Staff exceptional, especially the lady at breakfast. I wish I knew her name. Pool nice.

Price. If it was just me & hubby cost would have been half! We had a two year old and 7 year old! To pay the same price for 4 adults!! Sofa bed a bit poor stains!
