Beds are good

The shower was moldy but I bleached it.

Had roaches and rug was very dirty!

not much, but a sheetz in walking distance

kind dirty, room door handle very loose, no very secure feeling

The rooms not clean. A cockroach was moving in the bath room.

Location was close to my destination; room was quiet

Missing light bulbs, beat up furninture, chipped paint, huge gaps in doors that let leave blow in from outside, old carpet, old caulking on tub, no heat in hallways (exit doors propped open, 35 degrees outside)

I saw no breakfast, just a coffeepot. I liked the fact they gave me a first floor room. And the ice machine worked. Right next door to a sheetz.

Room was filthy, actually went to the store and cleaned the bathroom before using. Microwave, meaning only one was in the lobby that was locked afterhours. No breakfast as advertised. room had only one chair at the table, and only two pillows on the bed for two people. TV service was not that great.

We had booked online through Booking.com on August 26 and when we showed up on Saturday, September 14, they did not have our reservation or confirmation number our name and zero rooms, we had driven four hours to a hotel that we couldn’t even stay at even though I had a physical confirmation numbers and emails. Definitely do not recommend Walk into the lobby the hostess has no idea what she was doing. Her clothes were tattered stains up her backside a three-year-old running around. She really didn’t know how to do her job so she had to call another person on the phone. . When we got in the office was closed from 12:30 to 4:30 so we had to wait there for four hours to still have them tell us that our confirmation through the website was not available

Never got to stay their we arrived at 4:30 book in time to be told we did not book a room and that we did not pay for a room booking .com don't want to refund us we had to get another room elsewhere and pay again the staff was rude and would not look at their computer or nothing they over booked told us it was out problem not theirs then laughed at us I want my full refund of 61 dollars were about done with booking com

Truthfully ? This building needs demolished. We did NOT stay in the room. We drove back home after our event. I asked for a refund and I am praying they comply. The room was dirty. Mold in the shower. Several broken tiles. No towel holder,broke off wall. Sticky stiff on counter, smoke detector hanging off the wall. Stained curtains with webs. Roaches in the drawer. A broken down car outside. Very dirty, very scary. I have pictures. VERY DISTURBING. Honestly, I would investigate this place

It is the dirtiest hotel I have been although the weather is freezing out side but there are many cockroaches in the beds and toilets The staff is very rude The smell of pillows very bad When you enter the corridor the smell of the we*ds very strong If you are forced to stay here you must bring pillow with blankets towels, shampoo
