Our first floor room was wonderful - very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was supremely comfortable and the two duvets gave us both a good night's sleep. Loved the food too and the service from all the staff was outstanding. Special mention to the multi talented Gianinna. The outdoor spaces were absolutely splendid too, with great separation and a super idea having a 'child free', peaceful area a little further down the mountain. The pool and jacuzzis were immaculately clean too. Loved the outdoor exercise area too.

We had a bit of rain and less sitting outside type weather for half a day. We were in a lazy mood so a lounge type area to chill with friends would have been perfect. however this isn't a complaint. Just an observation. We'd have happily flopped about on sofas with a glass of something until the rain passed.

Location was perfect, amazing view of the lake and stunning facilities. The staff were incredibly kind and customer service was 5*! Helping me arrange my engagement to my partner was perfect and they couldn’t be more supportive, very happy with our stay!

The only very minor point I could make is charging for bottle water in the room. Free water in the room should be included in such an upmarket 5* hotel. But that’s it! Everything was perfect otherwise.

It’s an exceptional place to stay. The view to the mountains and lake is hypnotising. We had a junior suite, two rooms and two bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. The stuff is very friendly, the food was great. We took the degustation menu, wagyu tartar and pasta tartufo just amazing ❤️ my son was having lots of fun in the swimming pool. They have different equipment for kids in the pool house for swimming or playing in the water, which is en extra touch. The jacuzzi was also nice and relaxing. I would definitely like to go back there 💖

The nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The room was huge and spacious with the most amazing views of the lake. We used the hot tub in the room at night with prosecco and it was perfect. The restaurant and food was beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Can’t fault this place- absolutely beautiful and you see why it won best view in Europe in 2019. The staff were impeccable- went out of their way to make our experience and stay all that we could hope. Very well trained in customer service- and we’ve stayed in about 20 places over the past four weeks and this has been number 2 for rent customer service. The dining was exceptional as well. Highly recommend booking your table before arriving and if you can get the corner balcony room- your in for a real treat. Loved the doors as well- looking out over lake garda. Sensational

Only one small thing- right across the view you see Beautiful warm white lights creating an enchanting scene F most of the lights here are warm white but they have a bunch of cold white ones that really take away from the whole feel. Change those and you’re on a winner. Small thing but small things make up the whole

They had everything from flip flops to face cleaner. The toiletries were good and high quality. Rooms were unique and cozy. The hotel had lot of greenery and big property. Great view from our room.

Everything was amazing! From breakfast to dinner, the staff, the pool. If you come to Lake Garda this is the place to stay. Also, stunning views!
