Stayed at Ramada Hotel, Alleppy—great experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfy with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a variety of delicious options from South Indian to continental. Excellent service and pleasant dining area. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay and good food.

I visited the backwaters in Alleppey and found it underwhelming. The area was crowded with noisy boats, which took away from the serene experience I expected. The water itself was murky and had some visible pollution. The constant commercial activity and tourist traps along the route made it feel less authentic.

The property is located at an excellent location. The room was clean. Breakfast varieties were great. Only drawback is additional services which hotel provides like house boat experience which was too costly for 2 hours. I actually paid more to hosue boat than the room itelf.

amazing staff, clean rooms, however minibar was not filled, had to request for refilling which was done quickly, amazing view. giving 9 points for overall hotel staff, and ambience

Breakfast could be better as room service was not what i expected, had to call multiple times for asking my breakfast, they even forgot my bacon and vegetable curry in breakfast, the Local bar inside the hotel was really disgusting, it looked like im entered into local desi bar with no standard at all, had to pay first fr the drinks no clean tables available, and all local people inside the bar rather than hotel guests, smelly nd disgusting bar

After thorough research, I chose to stay at Ramada Alleppey, and I was highly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the additional facilities added to the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

the staff are super efficient, we took a premium room and when I pulled the. Ed covers back I noticed a small tear on the base sheet of our bed. I called housekeeping and they came within a few minutes. they changed the sheet and the mattress cover, very happy about that. they kept the breakfast area open for us as we were late arriving, they offered us lots of choice and hot beverages, even though they were about to close, I really appreciated them staying open for us.

if I were to be a little pedantic considering this hotel is rated as 5 * & we booked a premier room, the furniture was very dated, Formica wardrobes we’re looking tired, plus the bathroom shower area wasn’t maintained very well. they need to upgrade their rooms furniture wise. I like the view we received we overlooked the. a masters which was pleasant ! would stay again.

Ramada Allepey is like a home away from home for me. I have stayed at this property several times in the past. The staff at the property are very pleasant, courteous and always with a smile. Your travel desk in charge - Parvathi is spectatular and always willing to help. The buffet breakfast was good and the view of lake Punnumady from the room is excellent. All in all a great expereience.

There was nothing really that we did not like. Everything was good at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It would have been nice if the rate of the room was a little less. I booked through booking.com and the taxes are not clearly indicated whilst booking and so when I actually paid it was way more than what I had expected to pay.

i stayed at the suite, very big spacious rooma with a nice view of the backwaters. very friendly staff.. breakfast was average...dinner buffet was fantastic with many options. they had a good house boat for a mini tour in the backwaters

at check in, my passport documents were requested( which is a norm) . then they started going page by page and checking the visa entry date as though im at a port of entry into the country then further requested my visa documents etc which i felt was completely unnecessary and wasting my time at reception. the hotel experienced blackouts a couple of times where its total darkness for like 10 seconds

very friendly and helpful staff. rooms and all facility were clean. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. view of the lake was great from our room and having the pool was a helpful for the humid weather. food and service at the restaurant was great.

location is slightly out of the main shops but if you have a vehicle, its not a problem. the massage and laundry charges were a bit more than expected.

they changed my room when I complained about it…. there were some problems with the room allotted and I am sure they knew about it and still if they allotted me that room knowingly then I guess that’s not a good sign… moreover the gym was located on the seventh floor and we can access it only by getting down the lift at sixth floor and going through some strange stairs to the seventh floor… in short, the price charged was not reasonable, considering the fact that breakfast was not included….

The rooms were comfortable, but the cooling system needs to be upgraded as it takes a while to make any effect, an AC would be much more modern and suited. The food was excellent, the taste and the value for money are unbeatable. The views to the lake are remarkable.
