The property was in a very quiet neighbourhood but within easy walking distance of the main bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious with all the facilities we required.

What a fantastic hotel! From the warm welcome to the gorgeous rooms, we loved everything about this little hotel. The rooms are spacious, super clean and impeccably presented. Beautiful bedding, lovely cosy towels and plentiful toiletries. Everything you need in the room has been thought about, couldn't find fault at all. We had a lovely time around the small but quiet pool and lunch and breakfast were both fantastic. The staff are so kind and can't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back.

Staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Beautiful facilities. Stunning pool. Gave us a small honeymoon gift. Air conditioning. Peaceful. Quiet. We felt very well taken care of.

Room bathrooms and furnishings could be updated. Breakfast cost was expensive and seemed to be more limited than other locations we stayed.

This hotel is well located in in the centre of Juan les Pins (Antibes), near the beach (but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise of the beach and the nightlife). Very friendly staff. Small but pleasant pool set in a beautiful, mediterranean garden. Comfortable, large room, bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Very good breakfast buffet. A real treat. NB we were told that the hotel will be renovated in the winter.

Parking is at 100m in a (gated) garden, but staff needs to accompany to the car each time you need to access it. Note that there is no restaurant in the hotel (but there are lots of options in the area).

The property was cute and in a great location.

There were ants everywhere… in the bed, bathroom, wardrobe…. Other rooms had the same issue.

An absolute gem, a little hidden haven, the garden is absolutely stunning, it's the most perfect little retreat. The hotel is absolutely Immaculate and incredibly well kept. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. We had a really romantic weekend, the photos don't do this place justice, it has to be experienced. It's stunning.

The room was great but very noisy from up stairs the floor must have been wooden noisy from room above and also it was next to the laundry room so could hear staff banging and talking from early morning

Attentive staff, upgraded our room as we were celebrating our 20yr wedding anniversary. We spent 10 days on a trip and this hotel was the only one that had this gesture! Chapeau!! Wonderful decoration, Italian style villa.

Small observation: No body cream. With such a high quality hotel, I do believe this small improvement would be noted.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality by the girls at reception, who made us feel right at home. This hotel is a true gem that offers warm quiet, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, a well-appointed living space, and a fantastic location! quiet neighborhood yet only 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants and beaches. The flower and tree-filled garden and pool area are outstanding. The owner and all the staff are always ready to help with any request. The breakfasts in the beautiful garden were just perfect: in addition to omelettes, crapes prepared by friendly girls at your request, there were delicious pastries, juicy fruits, cheeses, yoghurts, freshly squeezed orange juice and much more. Also free coffee of any kind from professional coffee machines is available all day long. Highly recommend this cute hotel!

The only issue I had ( which isn’t really an issue) there didn’t seem to be enough staff around in the evenings to serve drinks etc, often had to go searching for someone.
