This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect! We stayed for my birthday, and they made it so special with a lovely gift. We were there for 7 nights and received a free room upgrade. Everything was perfectly thought out, from the delicious food to the spotless rooms. All the staff members were incredibly kind and professional, and the service was outstanding. The massage at the spa was also fantastic;so relaxing! As a couple in our 30s, we were extremely happy with our stay. The outdoor pool is 145–150 cm deep, which was ideal for someone like me who has a fear of deep water. There’s also an indoor pool, a bar, and a secure underground garage, everything you could ask for! Truly a perfect and unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to come back again! 🤍 Gamze & Onur Hamzali

It would have been nice to have turkey or chicken cold cuts among the non-pork options at breakfast, but it wasn’t a problem.

Vast majority of staff were really helpful and very friendly (especially Sergio!). Smallish hotel which meant we got to know other lovely travellers. Continental breakfast was fantastic - lovely fresh fruit, huge choice of pastries, cereals, toast, scrambled eggs & bacon, cheeses etc. as well as freshly made coffee & decent tea! We were upgraded without asking. The room was very clean & spacious - fabulous shower. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers & shady spots to sit. Had dinner there four or five times. Great food & amazing (& reasonably priced) wine menu. You could sit in the shaded terrace by the pool for meals. The shuttle to and from Verona/airport/train station was amazing. Taxis are ridiculously expensive (32 euros to city centre) so this free service was a life saviour and we used it every day. The location is very close to the airport so very handy for early flights but not great otherwise. A bit noisy in the day (but not annoyingly so). Great if you like plane and the occasional fighter-jet spotting! It’s not a residential area so you have to go into town for shops etc although there was apparently a good pizza restaurant around the corner. Half an hour by train to Lake Garda, hour or so to Milan and hour and a half-ish to Venice so very central for visiting the area. Overall a really great hotel and would definitely revisit if we went back to Verona.

Room was cleaned regularly but they seemed reluctant to replenish loo rolls! Not the quietest or prettiest location but the pool area was very private and a lovely place to relax.

We booked for the airport after staying in Lake Garda. We arrived around 9.00 am. The receptionist Christina was very helpful and all the receptionists were friendly and spoke good English. Our room wasn't due to be ready till in the afternoon. Christina got us a room just before 12.00, and we got an upgrade from standard to superior, which we very much appreciated. The hotel from the outside looks very bland but the inside is very different. Lots of beautiful furniture, old and new. The cafe / bar i loved, food, furniture, and shop, which was well stocked. The restaurant, the staff, was very polite, with a good sense of humour, and very informative. The meal was very good and a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was a hot and cold buffet. We are planning another visit to see Verona.

Nothing much around, but we chose it for the airport and free shuttle service.

We stayed in a few places in Italy for our holiday and this hotel was our favourite. It was so relaxed and we had free access to the wellness centre! The outdoor pool was lovely and never too busy. Our rooms were beautiful and absolutely spotless. Plenty of towels, a robe and slippers provided. The room was cleaned every morning and the beds were comfy. We had air conditioning in the room. Free shuttle too and from the airport and also a free shuttle to the city at dedicated times. We picked the hotel to be close to the airport so the location was just what we asked for. The restaurant was exceptional and the staff were amazing all throughout the hotel. We just really loved everything about the hotel.

Nothing at all. It exceeded our expectations, especially after reading some of the reviews.

Everything about the hotel was amazing! The food was delicious, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, spacious and so cool! The shuttle service from the hotel into the city centre was so convenient! We even used it to get to the train station, for travelling outside of Verona! Absolutely nothing

Easy access / free shuttle to airport, with good sized rooms and a lovely breakfast and dining room/outdoor patio worth paying for if you’re on your way in or out especially. Free shuttle into Verona was filled, but bus stop was close and easy to grab. Bed was big and comfortable.

Bathroom in the room needed some updates or deep cleaning as it seemed older and was a bit smelly. Some missing knobs on things. Nothing huge really that would make me stay elsewhere when I need airport access, but some attention to these details would help.

Initially I was a little concerned that the hotel was remote from the city, but the ease of access via the courtesy minibus service overcame my misgivings. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, especially for the night porter when we returned from Verona soaking wet in a torrential thunderstorm. Access from the motorway was straightforward; parking on-site likewise. We were spoilt for choice at the most excellent breakfast. I have no reservations in highly recommending this hotel.

The pillows were very hard.

nice hotel with facilities you won't find easy in a budget hotel inside the city. The Spa was very nice and clean, the indoor pool was definitley a big bonus. the outdoor pool was a very good size with a lot of sun. the restaurant was good value for money. the room was good size with a large bathroom.

the restaurant was too overlit in the evening. just turn the strip lights off during the dinner service in the restaurant and put some ambiance lights on the table. that will do wonders to the mood in there.

the staff were excellent, unbelievably helpful and freindly. Very flexible with check out and transfers, being collected from Verona centre was a bonus. The hotel is clearly going through an upgrade and will be great when finished

The location does leave a lot to be desired. The proximity to the airport is very good and if viewed as an airport hotel it would be a stand out - but it is positioned between a motorway and a construction site - not the best. the pool area could be great with a little TLC (do the weeding!)

Everything was wonderful. The staff were the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Things that stood out: 1. Staff! 2. Bread served with dinner, and coffee, both the best I’ve ever had! 3. The spa was lovely. Things to improve: 1. It would be good to have a little warmer rooms, either by a rug or throws and cushions. We had only one chair so perhaps two chairs and a small coffee table could be a good addition. 2. Toiletries: there wasn’t shampoo or conditioner, which you usually get. The reason it became an issue was that the local shops didn’t sell any hair conditioner either. We both have frizzy, tangly hair and it’s a must. Normally I pack this, but lately I’ve started using the hotel’s provided products so I was surprised there wasn’t anything and I think if the spa sold them it would be handy. 3. Usually hotels this standard have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, and an iron. It was a bit awkward using the ironing room which seemed to be a disused office. 4. We went to the opera and a shuttle back would be a useful service.

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything, really, only that to make it even better there could be some additions.
