We loved everything about the hotel. From the moment we arrived in the lashing rain after a long day travelling we just relaxed straight away. I loved the old Italian simple style of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was simple, a good size and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was really nice, we especially enjoyed a glass of prosecco with it haha and enjoying the views of the lake. We are big dog lovers so we really loved their little dog, he was so cute. The location was excellent. We will definitely be back.

The location on the lake is absolutely perfect. You are right next to a ferry dock. It is very easy to get to this from the train station as long as you are renting a car, or just use the ferry. The town of Garda is lovely. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The size of the room was quite nice with everything inside the room in the bathroom updated and decorated in traditional Italian style. The views over the lake are amazing. The restaurant is a really good one

Air-conditioning would be a good idea.

Very romantic room. The hotel is located in the middle of the town, in front of Garda Lake where there are many bars, restaurants and shops on the edge of the lake. Breakfast is great, staff are very friendly. I'd like to use this opportunity to say thank you so much to the manager of the hotel as after I left the hotel, I found that I forgot to take my money out of the safe box. 24 hours later, I called the hotel back and begged them to find out for me if my money was still there, and the manager ensured me that if I really leave the money in the safe, it will definitely be there. 15 minutes after the phone call, he called me back to let me know that the money was still in the safe. I couldn't say thank you enough to their honesty and helpfulness.

a gorgeous boutique hotel right on the lake - staff extremely welcoming and helpful. lovely large room (junior suite). nice breakfast too!

it was very noisy - be prepared to hear live music from outside. I also had noisy people in other rooms and there is no soundproofing. I was only here for one night and got very little sleep which was a shame.

Too short a visit!

The location is amazing!! In front of the lake, a lot of restaurants near by and also in the hotel. Very good and rich breakfast, big room, comfortable for family with small child and a baby. But the most important thing - the staff was helpful and kind! Gave us all the information and help.

The only thing that the parking near by was expensive and we didn't know that before.

A beautiful hotel, situated in a fantastic position, on the end of the main Garda promenade. The rooms was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and nice, and breakfast was wonderful. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we come back to Garda, Thank you for making our mini-break in Garda so lovely. Location is the best you cant get better. Right on the lake, next to all the huzzle of restaurants and people, next to the ferry for transport, next to the fleamarkets, shops are around the corner and a lovely walking path on the lake. Just beautiful. The breakfast had lake view and service was very good. Didnt know that 2 cups of nespresso is for free so i kept myself longing for coffee every morning

Loved all of it, even the rain

Style, elegance, fine dining and all set in a beautiful location this hotel has redefined chic. Managed by a young stylish couple who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful to make our holiday a success. They were super helpful with logistics (taxis, advice etc) and created a wonderful atmosphere of charm and warmth where the staff were at the top of their game offering a wonderfully friendly yet calm efficient service. The cooking and dining experience was excellent. The breakfast was superb, offering a nice choice of buffet meats, cheeses, yogurts together with prepared (omelette, scrambled…) all beautifully fresh and served in style. The evening meals were of the highest quality providing that true fine dining experience in a beautiful setting next to the lake. The hotel is the first hotel of a number of small waterfront hotels restaurants and conveniently located close to where the boats depart/arrive. The vibe in the evening is again superb with that nice blend of restaurants/bars and people promenading along the lake frontage. The rooms were faultless, decorated with an Italian elegance and individuality that made them unique and stylish - and of course spotless. Rooms to the front offer excellent views of the lake and well glazed to cut out the evening vibe of busy restaurants should you wish this.

The staff were amazing, courteous helpful friendly and diligent in their work. There was a fabulous selection of food available to suit all tastes. The hotel was spotlessly clean and it is ideally located overlooking the lake close to all restaurants and ferries to other parts of the lake.

Very hard to find fault with anything there.
