I had a little arrival and wasn’t able to go home. There wasn’t anything affordable available in the city, so it was nice to have a cheap option available right at the airport. Great showers with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash, and make-up remover. Hair dryers, curling irons, sleepwear, towels, cotton puffs, ear plugs and Q-tips are provided. Capsule was comfy and clean. Staff was really nice as well!

The price on Booking is 2,000 yen more than the price in person. There might be cheaper ways to book, for example, other websites. Might be worth looking into!

It is righr in airport, so early flight next morning is easy. Compared to hostels, this is much better, because there is more privacy. The cube is larger than a twin bunkbed, you can sit up inside. There are free lockers big enough for 1 large suitcase and a carry-on. There is also a small lockbox inside cube for valuable items. There are also plans for shower only or 3 hours. We would definitely consider staying here again if need to catch early flight.

The cube is hot when we checked in, but cold in early morning. It would be better to have a more stable temperature.

Women only section let me feel so comfortable. The bathroom & dressing table are well equipped.

1. The size of the locker is ok. But the locker area is too small for rearrange luggage. My neighbour came check in as I arranged half way & things are so messy on me ( because the area is so small that when I opened my luggage, I had to block the next locker's door).. perhaps some designated area to arrange luggage is good. 2. 3 of us checked in and we were only be given ONE (main entrance) touch card ! Our request to have 1 more is rejected.

First time experience, it was fantastic! We would do it again. Airport location was fantastic!! It was very clean and quiet and everyone was so respectful. Shower and bathtub area was fully supplied and clean. Pajamas and slippers were also supplied so I could leave everything in the locker but my phone and chargers. Check in and out was simple and quick. And even though we couldn’t speak Japanese they were very polite, friendly and patient.

The location is very convenient. I also like that when you enter the women section first thing you see is the bathroom area + locker. It makes things easier when travelling with big suitcases, for example. The bathroom was cleaned and had everything I needed such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleansing milk and face soap. The bath and face towels were inside the locker which was convenient too.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about my stay

The conditions were what could be expected for the price. Everything was neat and clean. The location is very convenient if you have an early morning flight. The staff was very kind and made sure the rules of check-in and check-out were understood correctly.

Compared to other capsule hotels I have stayed in so far, the capsule was somewhat smaller. It wasn't too big of a problem for me, but the tall individuals may find it a bit uncomfortable.

A well run capsule hotel with all the facilities that you could need. Located just beneath the departures lobby, so an ideal choice for early flights.

Didn't see may other other people with suitcases, this seemed to be a crash pad for airport workers rather than a place for tourists. Did not realise at the time that there are other hotels of similar price also connected to airport. Would have chosen them if known.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly! Due to the language barrier, I even used an online instant translation service for interpreting. The shower room provides a hairdryer and curling iron, which are very convenient to use. They also have a wide range of facial cleansing and makeup removal products. There is mouthwash available at the sink outside the restroom. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The pillows, blankets, and mattresses are all of high quality. Additionally, there is a mirror available for use.

Certainly the location and facility. The property itself is very clean, staff seemed to clean up the facility within short interval. Pyjamas, toothbrush, towels are provided, even lotions! Very Convenient if you are catching an early flight as departure hall is located two floor above, you just need to lug your lugguage up to the 3rd floor using the escalator. There is a convenient store lawson just right besides the capsule.

Location is good, can be reached easily without paying additional transportation fare. Facilities are very clean and sufficient. I had big suitcase not fit to put in the locker but staff are very helpful to keep it.

I heard footstep on wooden floor when someone passing by my capsule. My sleep was not sound enough.
