Everything feels new. Rooms are clean, spacious just enough, modern equipped, with smooth wooden design. Spa area is surprisingly spacious, saunas are well maintained. Breakfasts and dinners rotate slightly different meals every day; top quality ingredients, mostly organic and local, tasty and plentiful. The area is just below the hills, and even if the cable car is not working, you can walk directly from the hotel. The staff is professional and friendly.. everything just works.

One needs to get used to a specific smell from the fields during certain seasons of the year in the evening. We had that and we simply couldn't open the balcony door to let fresh air in, because there was no fresh air. This is not the hotel's fault, but useful to know. There could be more signs in English - on meals description, on doors, in spa area.. If you don't speak German, it is difficult to understand some information.

The breakfast is excellent, dinner even better. The 🧑‍🍳 cook is great. Also, Laura receptionist is very kind and helpfull. Location is excellent and hotel is clean. I would visit Cooee again.

The dinner is served at two times- 18.00PM and 19.30PM. If you dont manage to reserve dinner at 18.00, you will be very hungry till 19.30 if you are a skier. to my opinion- not very clever organised. Also, my husband had a ski injury, and the receptionist didnt now the telephone number of doctors for that kind of injury ( which is common in Bad🙈) so.. he google searched it😕I think that hotel like this has to have several numbers of doctors just in case!

The hotel is impeccably clean, functional, and ideal for someone like me who suffers from respiratory allergies: in addition to the excellent cleanliness, carpeting is limited to the corridors in common areas, while wood is present throughout, making the hotel more hygienic and providing a warm atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, and the buffet meals ensure guests leave the table fully satisfied, both in terms of variety and quantity. The staff (with an average very young age) was always helpful and kind.

The only table service required is for beverages during meals, which was slow and sometimes disorganized (on more than one occasion, we gave up on reordering drinks). It’s not possible to charge drinks to the room, so remember to bring a payment method with you to the restaurant. The hotel spa area could perhaps be larger and better suited to accommodate the number of guests staying at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hotel. Overall, I had a good experience, but there were a few minor issues. Food: The food at the hotel was good and plentiful. Breakfast included a variety of options, including eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Dinner was also a good selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian options. Accommodation: Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The room also had a balcony with a view of the mountains. Staff: The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer questions and help with any requests.

The only issue I had with the food was that the juice was not available until after 9:00 AM. This was a bit inconvenient for me, as I like to start my day with a glass of juice. :-) The only other issue I had was that the outside door to the ski depot was not working. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay. The food was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Dinner food was very good. I would say better than in local restaurants. I regret I did not make my booking with dinner included (probably it could be even cheaper than paying on place 25 EUR per person).

Slow reception and people there was not fully aware how ski slopes are working etc. I would say it is not huge problem as it is quite easy to handle but in fact it was surprise people on place do not inform and not suggesting anything proactively about some things available around.

Breakfast was very delicious, many variations to choose. Location is very convenient, ski equipment storage is big, with warm hangs for ski boots. Employees at the hotel were very friendly and service at the breakfast and dinner were very kind and professional.

The walls between the rooms are so thin that you can not only hear but you can understand other guests talking Like they are in the same room, noise from cartoons on the TV and children screaming and crying at 6 am was unpleasant experience while you wanted to be rested from skiing.

The hotel was very close to the ski slopes, the ski lift and the thermal baths. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and flexible. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied. The dining room had a good atmosphere. The ski room was huge. From the terrace there was a magnificent view.

The sauna was shocking because of the many completely naked people (although this is not the hotel's fault). There was no kettle in the room, which would have been useful sometimes.

A simple yet modern new hotel practically right on the ski slopes, with very good and varied food, comfortable quiet rooms, and a children's playroom. If there's no snow in the valley, the Falkert and Turracher Höhe ski resorts are also nearby, both about a 15-minute drive away.

The hotel is generally great, but there are a few things that could be improved. For instance, they could increase the number of toys in the large children's playroom. The temperature in the rooms, especially the bathrooms, is too high and cannot be adjusted, except by opening windows, which is not exactly sustainable. The policy of charging for drinks with half-board is quite unusual, as it's not possible to settle the drink bill upon leaving the hotel; instead, it needs to be paid for as consumed. Since we weren't informed about this, it was quite surprising when a lady from the restaurant appeared at our room door with the bill in the evening

Brand new building, beautiful sourround, great welness (gym and sauna), very easy parking, clean room.

The bed is too soft and narrow, the room is very small. The breakfast seems very wide range, but I miss very much the scrambled eggs and/or fried eggs. Be careful with the orientation of your room, beacuse if you get an east facing room, you will wake up at 5 in the morning because of the direct sunlight to your face on the bed.

Near the ski slope, you can ski down to the beginning of the slope, the food is delicious, the rooms are neat and clean

The employees are nervous and not at all kind, ready to fight (I witnessed a recent incident between a guest and an employee), they roll their eyes, they are not ready to help. People, work in the service industry, put on a smile and be kind.
