Everything was great. We will be happy to return again. - Very hospitable host. You can see from the entire staff that they care about quality (we also had an incident with our cat, and the hotel owner helped us find a veterinary clinic on Sunday when everything was closed, for which we are very grateful to him!). - Towels are changed every day. - Good buffet, which is also suitable for vegetarians. I would like to point out that they have good coffee! - The hotel owner always made sure there was parking for our car in the evening when we returned. - I would like to mention that the mattresses are comfortable here. - Pet-friendly hotel. 10 euros per night + tax. - There are two pools, one for children and one for adults. However, it's worth noting that they are small, with a maximum capacity of two people.

1. During our entire stay, the floors were never cleaned (I assume this is because we left the cat in the room and also I am sure that if you ask, they will clean the floors and tidy the room for you). 2. We always left the pet in the room and set the air conditioner to automatic mode to ensure the animal's comfort. One day, we returned to the room, and the air conditioner was turned off, with all windows closed. It was stuffy and hot, as the outside temperature was +37 degrees Celsius. (It's not a huge drawback, but still, I don't know why they did that) Fortunately, this happened only once during our stay.

- Parking is located 150 m from the apartment - The apartment is rather old and requires renovation ( master bedroom and master bathroom aren't renovated and not as those shown on the pictures attached to the offer on booking) - very noisy a/c on the terrace

Perfect location a short walk from the town centre. Immaculate rooms, beds, bathrooms, cleaning etc. we had booked a combo of two bedrooms, which is perfect when travelling with teenagers. More hotels should have it. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and service was also great - personal and very friendly.

Hotel pools were quite small, but we hardly used them, it’s hard to beat the Adriatic Sea.

Good breakfast, fresh frukt. Very clean room, daily cleaning and change of towels, could loan free big beachtowels if asked, they world drive/pick you up in a small el-minicar if asked, with suitcases and all. Good location, very calm street, not noice from the town, small convenience store nearby, short walk to the beach. Very nice stay, would recomend to anyone, i would stay here again definetly.

The building is very clean and nice looking. It is situated around 1 km from the sea, so you need to walk a bit to the beach. The breakfast is great there! A lot of product which makes it impossible to be bored with it. The staff is extremely friendly. Our stay there was very pleasant. We were travelling with our dog which was not a problem for the owners but there is an extra charge for it.

Location near by the main street of city. Full, tasty breakfasts. Private parking. Friendlly staff showed parking place and the room.

Took some time for old conditioner to cold down the room. Small choise of breakfast. Shower cabin doors hasn't closed fully. Bad Wi-FI.

Breakfast was so good., they make their own cheese and everything tasted so delicious. The location is good, you can walk to the beach and restaurants etc. Staff is so polite and nice. Hotel's own pool is nice.

AC is a little bit unsufficient, when it's over 30 degrees. The property needs renovating. Our room was a little bit dark, windows were small.

The owner (Lovre) was excellent - always approachable, ready to assist and even to personally drive us to catch a bus on the highway and help with the luggage. Full marks also in terms of the welcoming attitude of the other staff, accommodation and other facilities.

The hosts are super friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was rich and delicious. I really liked the vegan milk alternatives, grilled vegetables and fresh local fruit. The whole facility is very clean and smells great all the way up to your room.

The pool area is rather small and very squeezed in the back area of the villa. You have a nice see view, but you are surrounded by concrete/buildings which isn´t very cosy. Bed and pillows were to soft for my taste. Especially the pillows didn´t give any resistance at all. Very small TV.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Palloma. The pool area was really beautiful with the view. We asked for laundry and the cleaning ladies washed our clothes for free and that was a big plus. The location is good and close to everything in Baska Voda. The staff were also kind and helpful when we needed it.

It was in general quite, except some kids screaming outside our room and also cars driving by the hotel. We also informed the hotel that we were going to check out early in the morning and we got some problem with check out, since the reception open at 7am. We felt like it was our ”fault” even if we told the staff twice about our check out time. But in general we are satisfyed with our stay.
