I liked it because this is the place I visited before and I was familiar with the house and hospitality. The host built the new swimming pools and it was funny and nice to have it next to the apartment although they are quite small. The apartment was very clean. The host was exceptionally friendly.

I saw the cockroach in the hall before the main entrance to the apartment and the guy that was following us to the apartment didn't react until I said him to kill it and that this apartment has to high price for it. Also, the house doesn't have an elevator and it is quite hard to bring all things you have to when you have the children to the higher floors. the apartment is not close to the beach. To big kitchen and small number of dishes led me to the conclusion that the kitchen is useless. The furniture in the apartment is not modern and new. The breakfast was nothing special and I would say that this accommodation was not good value for the money.

Breakfast was good, but as a vegetarian I didn't have much options. Rooms are clean and nice, there is regular cleaning. AC works well, and the location of Villa is quite good in terms of closeness to beach and central street. I would recommend people to walk a further midway towards Brela if they want to go for a swim, there you will have less crowd and free showers. It is a super good route for evening walks.

The kitchenette didn't have sufficient utensils to cook, and there was no exhaust, so basically it was useless having a cooktop 1 meter away from your bed without any ventilation.

We had a pleasant stay overall. Pluses: Excellent location – just 2 minutes from the seaside promenade with plenty of restaurants by the sea. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Minus: The only downside was that the 3-bedroom apartment we booked was in a different location than the main villa. This wasn’t a real issue, as it was less than a one-minute walk away. However, at this apartment, there was an older gentleman who insisted on quiet, turning off the lights, etc. His behavior felt intrusive and negatively impacted the atmosphere, especially on our first evening and on the last day, when he asked for the key back at 10:00 AM, even though check-out was listed as 11:00 AM.

Everything was great. We will be happy to return again. - Very hospitable host. You can see from the entire staff that they care about quality (we also had an incident with our cat, and the hotel owner helped us find a veterinary clinic on Sunday when everything was closed, for which we are very grateful to him!). - Towels are changed every day. - Good buffet, which is also suitable for vegetarians. I would like to point out that they have good coffee! - The hotel owner always made sure there was parking for our car in the evening when we returned. - I would like to mention that the mattresses are comfortable here. - Pet-friendly hotel. 10 euros per night + tax. - There are two pools, one for children and one for adults. However, it's worth noting that they are small, with a maximum capacity of two people.

1. During our entire stay, the floors were never cleaned (I assume this is because we left the cat in the room and also I am sure that if you ask, they will clean the floors and tidy the room for you). 2. We always left the pet in the room and set the air conditioner to automatic mode to ensure the animal's comfort. One day, we returned to the room, and the air conditioner was turned off, with all windows closed. It was stuffy and hot, as the outside temperature was +37 degrees Celsius. (It's not a huge drawback, but still, I don't know why they did that) Fortunately, this happened only once during our stay.

- Parking is located 150 m from the apartment - The apartment is rather old and requires renovation ( master bedroom and master bathroom aren't renovated and not as those shown on the pictures attached to the offer on booking) - very noisy a/c on the terrace

The entire apartment was perfect to stay with family. Good location. Close to the beach. Very good breakfast. Nice and friendly host people.

We have oldery in our family. There are many stairs to reach room on third floor, but we were aware about this stairs, so just need take it in consideration seriously.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a room with nice view. Room was clean, kitchen fully equiped and staff friendly. On top floor they have two pools with nice view. Location was good, even it is not directly on beach it is walking distance. Area is quiet, so no noise in the night. I recommend this stay since we didnt have any problem at all. Thank you

Perfect location a short walk from the town centre. Immaculate rooms, beds, bathrooms, cleaning etc. we had booked a combo of two bedrooms, which is perfect when travelling with teenagers. More hotels should have it. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and service was also great - personal and very friendly.

Hotel pools were quite small, but we hardly used them, it’s hard to beat the Adriatic Sea.

Good breakfast, fresh frukt. Very clean room, daily cleaning and change of towels, could loan free big beachtowels if asked, they world drive/pick you up in a small el-minicar if asked, with suitcases and all. Good location, very calm street, not noice from the town, small convenience store nearby, short walk to the beach. Very nice stay, would recomend to anyone, i would stay here again definetly.

The building is very clean and nice looking. It is situated around 1 km from the sea, so you need to walk a bit to the beach. The breakfast is great there! A lot of product which makes it impossible to be bored with it. The staff is extremely friendly. Our stay there was very pleasant. We were travelling with our dog which was not a problem for the owners but there is an extra charge for it.
