The location of the hotel is simply fantastic. They've built the complex with comfort, ease of access and guest enjoyment in mind. You'll find something for everyone, young and old. The childrens pool is covered and protects against the sun during the day which is great. There is a tourist agency on the bottom floor that can arrange basically anything for you. A special thanks to Veronica for being the most welcoming Concierge I've ever met and going out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If i ever open a luxury hotel, I'm stealing her from Aminess. The hotel is 50m away from a wonderful beach full of activities and nearby shops. Towels are on the house as well as the sunbeds on the Aminess part of the beach but you gotta be early to catch a free one. All in all an amazing stay here and the reception staff are awesome.

- I heard some of the staff laughing about me speaking English while I'm Croatian. Sorry guys, i grew up abroad. - The pool-side staff can be quite rude but I'd be mad too if i had to serve people all day in 36 degrees celsius :)) - Our first two days there the rooftop restaurant was heavily understaffed resulting in long waiting times for orders.

Picturesque sea view, large comfortable rooms, nice food with great selection of dishes at breakfast and dinner. Nice swimming pools indoor and outdoor. Musical evenings with piano. All in all, great hotel.

I know it's quite a common restaurant practice to charge extra for water at dinner, but it gives a guest a feeling of a cheap guesthouse to it in an almost impecable hotel. Is such a disenchantment really worth this little extra money? Just to consider. Personally i would rather pay more for the stay than be nagged at dinner for a few coins more.

Our main complaint for a hotel of this statue is food at dinner. We were staying for the 2nd time and the food was almost the same as last year. Breakfast is ok, but dinner is just poor for a 5* hotel. Lots of sea foods which are delicate taste, few pizzas and bunch od sweets. No variety and every night is the same with a couple of changes here and there. Lots of food isn't fresh, in my opinion. Also, the kids' menu is non exsistent as it comprises 2 meal choices at best. Please take this as constructive criticism because it doesn't do justice to the hotel, the staff, and overall experience you get at Khalani.

Beautiful hotel! The food is top-notch, the staff are friendly and professional, and everything is incredibly clean and meticulously maintained. Every detail reflects quality and genuine care for the guests.

The only major issue is the elevator. Every time we had to wait at least 4–5 minutes, and even then, it was often full. For a hotel of this level, it is unacceptable that only one elevator is working, especially during busy periods. Additionally, the elevator doesn’t go down to the underground garage, which means you need to walk several minutes to reach your car. This is a significant drawback that affects the overall experience.

Employees are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is great and very family(kids) friendly. The nanny is great and our daughter had great time st kid’s club.

The beach outside of hotel is not so beautiful and there is no nice pedestrian outside of hotel to have nice walk.

This hotel approves 5 star rating. Staff is very professional and supportive, cleanliness is perfect, breakfast is very rich and there are so many options that it becomes difficult to make a decision. We even had special request to have vegetable soup for our kid and they prepared it at once without any additional charges (we expected those as it was extra request, but none happened). The other day they prepared it in advance as they knew we would ask for it. So, big THANKS from us. This is the best hotel in Croatian coast and we have been in many of them. The playroom and the animators were great with our boy - the biggest challenge was to leave the playroom and animators 😍

The hotel is very clean, all staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, facilities are all in high quality. There is a free charge point for electric cars. The location of hotel is very good, you can access sea, restaurants, even center of Makarska so easy. Generally we liked the hotel. Recommended!!

The only issue we had was the towel change. They forget to change our towel for two days. Cleaning process is seperated in 3 part, tyding up, cleaning, replacing of towels. Each part done by seperate staff. Thus, the cleaning process takes very long. Regarding breakfast, the hot water for tea was not worked well. People had to take water from cafe makers. In addition, the diversity of bread can be more. Except these, everything were very good!

Very beautiful place, very good room, clean pools. Breakfast and dinner were almost excellent. Very beautiful roof top bar. Mini disco for children is very good, other actovities also.

1. We arrived in the morning and asked for additional breakfast. Staff proposed to give us 20 minutes in the restaurant for 40 euros er person. I think this is overprice for people who. did not come from the street but going to live there for next week. 2. Stuff on reception like to talk a lot even if there are many people waiting for their service in the lobby. It would be great to have balance in small talks. 3. I didn't understand the system of room cleaning: garbage was not removed daily, as well as the towels were not changed. Towels were changed last day and this was not necessary... 4. During the dinner all drinks including water are for extra price. This is first time when I had to pay for water in case of dinner included.

The hotel is lovely and very new; however I would say it more an excellent 4 star hotel. The facilities are clean and the staff stand out for their friendliness.

The hotel was very crowded and the food became quite repetitive when we stayed for a week. This is definitely a family hotel. There are children everywhere which is fine but if you are looking for a nice, relaxing, adult hotel - this is not the place for you.
