Very clean, newly refurbished, 5* high standard stuff, wonderful restaurant and room service, close to the beach, fantastic location. There is no street between the hotel and the beach, only pedestrians can pass, so it’s very safe and quiet during the night. The interior patio is super quiet, good for working, zoom meetings and just relaxing. During the breakfast you are served whatever you like. The restaurant team is absolutely amazing. Reception is working 24/7 and stuff is super friendly and helpful on every single step of your holidays. I extended my stay for another week just after arrival when I saw how fantastic this place is.

This is the best hotel we have ever been to in Tučepi Everything is so close by. The Hotel has everything you need, and the proximity to the beach is amazing. But the best thing are people at the reception Hava and Marko. Unbelievably helpful with anything you might need. There is not a single thing that this Hotel needs to add and improve on.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect! This is probably the best hotel in Makarska region. Renovated & beautifully decorated, awesome staff (especially Hristijan at the reception), delicious breakfast, clean and big rooms (you have everything you need in the room). The hotel is in the beachfront and the beach is awesome (it can get crowded because there are other hotels nearby). We loved the atmosphere in the courtyard! I highly recommend it to everybody who is planning to visit the region.

Amazing hotel on the beach. It’s really on the beach. There is only a pedestrian road between the hotel and the beach. Hava and Marco in the reception were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The building is absolutely stunning—you can feel its history and charm the moment you arrive. There’s so much character, and it really deserves more care and attention. The building is absolutely beautiful—you can feel its history and charm throughout. It deserves real appreciation and care. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and fresh options. Our room had a lovely, modern design that fit well with the historic setting. Housekeeping was okay, no complaints there. And a big thank you to Hava at reception—she was incredibly kind and professional, and made us feel very welcome.

Our room was unfortunately located right next to the server room, and the constant noise made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. There weren’t enough loungers on the beach, and the area felt crowded. It was also disappointing that both parking and beach loungers had to be paid extra. Most of the staff seemed disinterested, which really contrasted with the beauty of the place. This historic building deserves more warmth and attention from the team working there.

Downside of the location is parking situation surrounding hotel. As well some rooms are exposed to constant sound of (likely) air conditioning. Since the hotel is really small (27 rooms), it might be benefitial to offer sun beds to all guests (ideally free of charge). However, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to the hotel again.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that needs were met. The dining experience was simply outstanding. The culinary creations were a delightful fusion of traditional Dalmatian cuisine and innovative flavors. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Heritage Kastelet Tucepi was an exceptional experience. From the historic ambiance and impeccable service to the delectable cuisine and breathtaking surroundings, every aspect exceeded my expectations. If you're seeking a luxurious retreat with a touch of history and natural beauty, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully renovated and has a stunning location – right on the Tučepi beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, especially Hristijan. I had a birthday during my stay at the hotel. A bottle of wine and a birthday card awaited us in the room. It was a really nice gesture.

I wish we could stay longer...
