The hotel exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect! This is probably the best hotel in Makarska region. Renovated & beautifully decorated, awesome staff (especially Hristijan at the reception), delicious breakfast, clean and big rooms (you have everything you need in the room). The hotel is in the beachfront and the beach is awesome (it can get crowded because there are other hotels nearby). We loved the atmosphere in the courtyard! I highly recommend it to everybody who is planning to visit the region.

Good location to the center and to the beach. A quiet room with a beautiful view of the sea. Very good breakfast.

Insufficient staff to serve breakfast. We had to wait half an hour for service. The hotel should consider increasing the staff, or switching to a buffet style breakfast. Small parking capacity.

We really enjoyed close proximity to sea, inner courtyard and newly refurbished rooms.

Downside of the location is parking situation surrounding hotel. As well some rooms are exposed to constant sound of (likely) air conditioning. Since the hotel is really small (27 rooms), it might be benefitial to offer sun beds to all guests (ideally free of charge). However, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to the hotel again.

The rooms at Hotel Heritage Kastelet are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that needs were met. The dining experience was simply outstanding. The culinary creations were a delightful fusion of traditional Dalmatian cuisine and innovative flavors. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Heritage Kastelet Tucepi was an exceptional experience. From the historic ambiance and impeccable service to the delectable cuisine and breathtaking surroundings, every aspect exceeded my expectations. If you're seeking a luxurious retreat with a touch of history and natural beauty, I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully renovated and has a stunning location – right on the Tučepi beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, especially Hristijan. I had a birthday during my stay at the hotel. A bottle of wine and a birthday card awaited us in the room. It was a really nice gesture.

I wish we could stay longer...

The location and the object were in one word AMAZING. First row to the beach, the object is beautiful and really well maintained in the style of true Dalmatian stone property. Inside is beautiful and magical just as from outside. Special thanks to receptionist Hristijan who was polite and helpful since he greeted us and full professional around the object and overseeing if everything was ok.

The waiters were polite bit very slow. The restaurant has good food, but we waited 10minutes or more just to have our table clean and to be noticed.

This was the second time we visited Residence Kaštelet, everything was great, staff was helpful and professional, food was excellent. Entire residence smells nice (sandalwood). Location is perfect, on the beach. We will return for sure next year.

Hotel Kaštelet is a beautiful gem located right on the coast in picturesque Tučepi and I don't think there is a hotel on the Adriatic that is closer to the sea and the beach than this. everything in the hotel is beautiful, from the new, freshly decorated rooms to the enchanting atrium where you can enjoy the beauty of the historic castle of Kaštela and the orange trees. I definitely recommend !!!

Location was perfect, nice stroll in the evening and morning. Beach swim right in front of the hotel. The staff in the dinning area out front were exceptional. One gentleman in particular from Bosnia but didn’t get his name.

Front desk lady. Grumpy!!!! Very short with everyone she came in contact with. As we waited we watched and heard her with a few different people. Not a great first impression

Everything! Especially how friendly the stuff was. We were able to be in the restaurant outside or in the courtyard garden with our dog and that was something we really loved that there were no limits for where you can bring the dog or not. The location is great and the renovation of the hotel is astonishing.
