This is a new hotel. Spacious rooms (we were 3 in one room and we still had enough space to move around the room and to store the luggage), quality furniture, comfy beds, big terrace, big bathroom with high quality toiletries. Breakfast with many different options to choose from. Wi fi perfectly working. A bottle of local wine in the room for my husband who had his birthday during the stay. It is not a beachfront property but really not far from the beach, easy to walk if you don’t mind walking down/uphill. Restaurants and grocery in vicinity.

A couple of simple things need to be amended, especially if you label your property with 4 stars. Firstly, one would expect to be welcomed by a receptionist at least with a smile if not verbally. And secondly, a simple signpost showing the way to reception would be helpful. When you arrive there is no sign where to find the reception desk. Actually you have to take the stairs - which is the shortest way but totally inconvenient for disabled or if you carry a lot of luggage. If you want to avoid the stairs, you have to walk and carry the luggage around the whole building. We were staying in the hotel in April, but for those looking forward to enjoy in the pool, don’t expect too much. The actual size of the pool is much smaller than it looks in the picture.

Everything was wonderful. We had a super room with a terrace and a beautiful sunset. Very friendly staff. It was my birthday and they gave me an unexpected surprise, they brought me fruit and a cake with congratulations. It was a pleasure . Thank you very much. I recommend this hotel.

Staff is extremely polite and helpful, especially Edita who served us breakfast. It was all of good quality and variety. We travelled with a small baby and the hotel was perfectly quiet, our balcony doors could be kept open with no mosquitoes in June... The bed and mattress in our apartment (4th floor) were EXTREMELY comfortable. Beach is a short walk away

We found the pool water was very cold... Not suitable for hanging out in the pool There is no designated pedestrian sidewalk on a part of the road coming up to the hotel. Obviously not hotel's fault, but town of Makarska needs to fix this!

Breakfast 10/10: The pancakes were sooooo tasty we eat them every day! Food was fresh and super tasty. We were really happy with it. The choice is relatively small but there's everything you need. Rooms 9/10: Rooms are super clean, cleaned every day, everything works, well equipped with working AC. You have great view from the balcony even on the side of the building. Cannot complain. Staff 1000/10: Staff is so nice and helpful. Everyday greeting you with a smile. That's the thing we loved the most. Thank you all for great service, for cleaning our room, for preparing our food. We appreciate it a lot!!! To be honest that was one of the nicest staff we ever encounter in any hotel ❤️ Parking: Decent size, we had no problem parking somewhere in close proximity to the hotel. WiFi 10/10: Stable and fast Location 10/10: For us this was perfect location. We wanted to be close to the beach and remote from the city center and the crowd. You can't get any better than this. Yet it's short walk to nearest shops and restaurants. About 20-30min walk to city center. Beds: Huuuge and quiet<3 but uncomfortable for us. Very hard mattress.

Coffee 0/10: for all coffee lovers, the coffee here is unfortunately terrible. It's this machine that uses concentrate to prepare you a coffee. Beds 2/10: As in liked, they are uncomfortable for us, the mattress is too hard for people 50-75kg

Top notch breakfast! Good location; easy walking distance to centre

Several steps down stairs to main entrance door (but it wouldn't have been an issue without heavy luggage). I didn't notice a ramp outside. The instructions on the door of the safety deposit box were just above floor level & in small print which would've required sitting on the floor to read - not possible for me with two knee replacements. I didn't want to inconvenience a staff person to come to my room to show me how to lock the box, so I just carried my passport with me at all times.

Everything else was very good. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast good. Compliments to the very friendly staff!

Access to the facility is a macadam road. We parked our car next to the hotel, in an uncovered parking lot. On departure, we were charged for parking at a price of EUR 5 per day. If it was a question of a garage space, I might be able to understand that a highly categorized hotel charges extra for parking. But charging for parking on a gravel road, I think is completely unnecessary. On such a detail, you fall low in the eyes of the guest, so is that 5 EUR so important to you?

Thank you very much to this hotel for such a great vacation. The hotel itself is new and clean, the price is not expensive for such comfort, and the breakfasts are very tasty. The staff is wonderful, especially the dark-haired girl who served us in the morning. I spoke to her with my poor English, and she understood everything and was very concerned about whether we liked everything. A wonderful person. Thank you for the rest and comfort that your whole team provided us with!

Absolutely a fabulous 4* hotel in a quite green area of Makarska, 5min walking distance to the beautiful beach, along the beautiful promenade 25mins walking distance to the downtown. Spparkless clean premises, well maintained, professional and kind staff, good breakfast (on request, even been ready ahead the normal breakfast schedule) as I had an early meeting. Thanks. Definitely by the next opportunity will be back.

We had a very nice vacation here. It is not near the beach, but the distance is short. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room facilities were new and in perfect shape. The pool was a surprise because we didn't know they had one.

Fab location, clean swimming pool, great breakfast, spacious balcony, squirrels that springs around😌

Some of the team members need professional training - the moment of our check in was absolutely spoiled (yet we appreciated a fruit basket on the next day)
