Perfect and quiet location right at the beach! Very clean, staff is very nice, food is various and tasty. Balconies are nice with chairs, swimming pool is very spatious.

AC is next to the bed, so it blew right into me at night. Bathroom too small.

We stayed in the depadance Levantinka. The appartment was spacious, spotless, cleaned every day (new towels, bed, toilet paper, everything perfect). I think that for a family of four, it is a better option than a hotel. The manager of the hotel is always checking if everthing is in order, and that is the reason that the hotel works as a swiss clock. You do not need anything more - you have all inc food, drinks, and even a snack in the afternoon (between lunch and dinner). Animation during the day and night. Sea and beach steps away. Everything in this world could be better, and this hotel could be too, but this is the service you expect for this type of accomodation. I think that you will hardly find anything similar in Croatia in this price range.

The wifi is not working at the pool. You should increase the capacity. The guy who sells corns parks his cart in the front of hotel entrance each morning/afternoon and behaves as if the hotel is his. Most of the guests are drunk due to free drinks :-) and some of them are not polite. The parking should be free or included in price.

Everything was perfect, from the facility to the stuff,location,the pool aria is so clean, big shout out to the guy who's maintening pool aria, also I'm glad to see young stuff being so professional, and yes food was great..

Very relaxed resort. The food was excellent. A reasonable choice of 'free' drinks - four standard cocktails. Lovely pool and nice sun loungers and sufficient sun umbrellas, with kids pool and small slide. Right next to the beach, which was pristine and a tree-lined walkway down to other hotels and shops. Staff on the whole were very nice, smiling, service-orientated. Evening entertainment was good (probably more of it in high season).

Animation in the evening could be more interesting

The beach is amazing in Tucepi, but at this time of the year (early June) the sea is still a bit chilly (not that it stopped us from swimming though). It is literally placed in front of the hotel. We loved the pool and kids activities. The animators were really doing their best to make the trip memorable for our daughter, so we could all enjoy it. There was a quiz and lovely live music in the evenings. The food was very delicious and there was plenty of choice for everyone. All the workers were very kind and lovely, from receptionists to hygienists.

I didn't like the fact we only took a short vacation this time.

It was a nice relaxing holidays. The food was very nice and abundant. The bed very comfy and you can rest a lot. The view and the beach was so relaxing! We enjoy and had fun in the pool too, !!!

Unfortunately the walls were thin and you can hear other ppl in the hall or other bedroom. But ppl was quiet so no big issue. Also, they need to learn that a tequila sunrise has tequila on it and not vodka… 🤣

Good restaurant and bar staff. Very good location close to the sea. Well arranged dining, drinks all over the day. Good quality of food. Good room with balcony to the green garden (not main building). Nice walking place along sea side.

On arrival it was offered 'improved' room in main building. After long discussion only we receive reserved room in park area building. First week room cleaning was good, second week was poor cleaning, we report this to management. Not well controlled entrance from beach, seen entered people without straps on hand. No designated smoking area. Zone around pool propose to be non-smoking.

Everything was great — the room was clean and tidy, with regular housekeeping. The food was delicious, always fresh, and there was a good variety of dishes. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, with clean and warm water. The hotel’s location is excellent: shops and cafés are nearby, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Big thanks to the staff for their hospitality — we’ll definitely come back again!
