Absolutely perfect staff !! receptionists I talked to ... , staff in the restaurant ... , cleaning service ... every single person I met was friendly and helpful. This is not always a standard also in other 4* hotels, especially during high season and fully booked hotel. What else ? we missed the dinner first evening (as we arrived too late), the dinner was waiting for us prepared in our room ! without asking/ordering in advance. Absolutely quiet location in the night, after 22:30 you can hear waves from the sea also in rooms oriented to the pool. No noise from other guests, no shouting & laughing from the bar ... The hotel was full of families with children (including mine) and the night was really quiet every time - I was surprised - we could sleep with window open although our room was oriented to the pool. Hotel was fully booked but there were no queues in restaurant, neither morning nor lunch or dinner, as mentioned already, the staff did a great job. Food was very good and tasty, with so many choices of cold and warm kitchen, fresh fruits and vegetables. Nothing was missing even if we came 15 minutes before closing ! We also very much enjoyed Croatian water melons, they were just great. Big plus is also an option to eat on big and spacious terrace (if it's not too hot), close to promenade. Room was pretty small and simple furnished, but clean and practical. However the stay in this hotel was not about the room, but rather about the service and the food and the sea of course ...

coffee machines were turned off during the lunch, I'm used to have a coffee after lunch, but it was not possible do not use questions about ruSSia in "quiz night show", ruSSia is a !!! TERRORIST STATE !!! and any other meaning (or questions) in the quiz is just inadequate a unacceptable for normal people, I hope it was there just by a mistake.

Every single thing is great. The location is amazing. Beach straight outside the hotel. Pool area is great. Sunbeds in the pool area is great. Service from the hotel is also awesome. They have few events in the afternoon, evening for kids. This hotel is really great for families. So many fun events for kids. There is child minding service as well for kids in the hotel. Gym is clean and new equipments. Rooms are obviously amazing.

Food could be better. The taste is okay. Pizza is horrible. Should improve on that. But for the budget I think you get what you get. Mind you.. the food has many varieties like fish, tuna, chicken, beef,pork, etc...all kinds of salads, and ice cream, desserts. Breakfast is good. Semolina, pastries, cereals, salads etc. Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I mean it is great for the price that you pay. Amazing for the price. I would recommend full board.

Standard has slipped slightly since my last visit in 2023 in terms of upkeep and maintenance. However, still a very good family friendly hotel with an exceptional location. Solid breakfast with all the essentials. Pool area is above satisfactory. Rooms are clean and tidy with the exception of faint lingering cigarette smell which is to be expected in europe. Would still recommend as a good option for a family with young children. A mature couple may want to seek alternative accomodation.

The hotel is really well located on a beautiful stretch of beach. The surrounding area has gorgeous scenery. Hotel has a very nice outdoor dining area. Nice modern seating around the pool area with lots of shade. Modern and bright interior. Rooms were clean with good size balcony. The buffet was kept well replenished and there was a good variety of dishes on offer. I feel the food did not stay hot enough under the heat lamps. The soup one lunchtime was luke warm.

Elevators are small and can’t accommodate more than three people with luggage. There should be a water dispenser in the lobby for guests to have a refreshing drink on arrival. No toilets near the pool, you have to walk through the hotel lobby from the pool to use the toilet. Tea and coffee were only available at breakfast. We were full board and would have liked a cup of tea after lunch. The coffee machine lines were always long and the machines kept breaking down. The hotel need to provide a separate hot water station next to the tea bags to save people from standing in line at the coffee machine just for hot water.

The hotel is excellent. The staff too. They are very accommodating and pleasant. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. Meals are plentiful and varied. They allowed us to spend the day at the pool after check-out and use it with the use of their changing room, towels, shower...

If you come with a private vehicle, parking is charged an additional 5 euros for each day of your stay, which was not the case before.

I stayed at the hotel for a week, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is truly excellent, right by the water, with easy access to Makarska and a beautiful promenade for walks. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Parking was conveniently available right in front of the hotel without any issues. Food was okay, but it became quite repetitive over the course of the week.

The room I booked felt a bit cramped, with a small window placed at the far end, which resulted in a lack of natural light. For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected some additional amenities in the bathroom, like body milk, and a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. The indoor pool is quite small and can get crowded quickly. The fitness equipment is outdated, and some machines were not functioning, so it definitely needs an upgrade. Lastly, the outdoor pool is not heated, but luckily, the sea was warmer during my stay.
