Beautiful location, a wonderful terrace at the restaurant, and live music every evening in the hotel bar – yet the atmosphere remains calm and relaxed whenever you want it. There’s also a water park for children nearby, which is a great bonus for families.

Valet parking – the car is not parked in front of the hotel and parking is charged extra, which is not clearly mentioned anywhere. Usually, 5-star hotels offer a kids’ room or entertainment area for younger and older children, which we missed a bit here. And one last small note – sunbeds and umbrellas are not included and need to be paid for.

It is the only hotel I have ever stayed in, that doesn’t provide milk for the tea and coffee in your room. You have to ask for it! No waiter service round the pool. No small snacks at pool bar, just large portions.

The location is great, the rooms are very nice.

Bluesun Berulia is a great hotel with easy access to the beach, nice pool, sufficient umbrellas around the pool. The staff was very kind and welcoming, ready to answer all questions and satisfy demands. The room was specious and the bathroom is fully renovated.

Spa was extra charged, it should be free for the hotel guests.

Lovely hotel on the beach (pebble) clear waters and great views from your sunbeds. Lots of different spaces to lie on, some beds by pool others down a level overlooking sea. Food was good - not a great choice for veggies. Pool looked nice although didn't go in. Towels supplied for the sunbeds. A lot of steps so not ideal for people with mobility issues for children's buggies. Steps lead down to the beach and walkway that leads to a fantastic beach bar with deck chairs and great music to sit and watch the world go by. The walkway also leads you to the centre of Bask Voda where there are shops and bars etc. and the harbor. Stunning scenery as always. Will be back!

We had a issue with water pouring from the balcony above. The staff seemed to think it could be mopped up and that would be problem solved but it was dripping all morning. So we had to go to reception a few times. I did feel they were not that helpful and got the impression we should have just put up with it. We wanted to sit on the balcony but could not due to the dripping causing splashes. Fortunately the concierge ( can't remember her name but thank you again!) heard this conversation and intervened and with a bit of backwards and forwards negotiations they finally found us another room. I felt this could have been solved by just offering another room at the start the hotel was far from full.

Buffet tables arranged far too close to each other generating unnecessary crowding (remember the pandemic?). Too little shadow places around the pool area. Hotel Management cannot find a way to work with beach personell. Guest should for the price of the hotel have free or cheaper access to sunbeds. In front of the hotel sunbeds are most expensive. Use nicer beaches to the left or right with cheaper sunbed options and better service!

The room was a good size for a 6 night stay , with a comfortable bed. The room was well insulated so wasn't disturbed by other guests. Breakfast was tasty , with lots of choice and fresh produce.

The parking at the hotel is a real pain, you have to rely on the team parking your car as its completely over capacity, and it cost £48 Euro's for 6 nights, so you are required to give the team notice when you want your car - however they did a good job in making sure my car was available when I asked. The sun beds are packed in around both pool areas which you will see from the photo's on trip advisor. You also need to pay £12 Euro s a sun-bed on the beach directly infant of the hotel, which is a little annoying but consistant along the coast.

Stunning location. Clean, decent sized rooms. Great pool area. Fantastic staff. Good breakfast buffet.

Jugs of tap water should be available on request for the evening meal. Shouldn't have to pay for bottled water. Small details like no tissues in bathroom, no towel rail. Minor details make all the difference.
